DO NOT USE this website

DO NOT USE this website. I booked a ticket from London to Louisiana in May for my flight in June.
Spoke to an agent to process it and paid £610
Before paying the conversation was confirmed that this is the only and final payment.
A link was sent to me which I made the payment. The agent confirmed that the payment was successful and I should receive the itinerary in the next 24 hours.
I did not receive the itinerary until I chased it up which was after 24 hours.
The itinerary came with the booking reference number for the airline which looked confirmed because I was able have the option to choose my seats etc on the Delta Airlines App.
A week later when I checked the airline app part of the flight was missing from London to Atlanta. All it was showing was the second flight after the layover from Atlanta to my ongoing destination.
I called up the company and they were being very hostile by saying that I owe a further £445 as my payment was only a deposit.
I have call recordings of the conversations from the booking to the further challenges I have encountered.
I have contacted my bank to make a dispute to which they have now come back to me and say that it was a fair sale.
I have now appealed my bank and sent in all the relevant screenshots as well as calls recorded between me and the company's customer services teams over the time. Hopefully the bank will refund my money as it was a debit card payment and a credit card payment.
I have had to book and pay for another flight with the airline instead and I'm now out of pocket.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER and it seems like according to the rest of the reviews, if zero was an option, I will pick zero. For matter of facts, I'll pick minus five if there were that option.
