Excellent Customer Service/Excellent TIes
I purchased five ties from Tiedeals. Unfortunately, two of the ties I received were ties I had not ordered. I notified Tiedeals and they immediately sent the correct ties. I received them within two days and returned the incorrect ties. They could not have been more helpful. The ties are all beautiful and I am happy I have them. I will be a repeat customer. The customer service was excellent.

Can not recommend more highly. You can buy with confidence and here is why. When I received two ties I didn’t order, not only did Tie Deals correct the mistake, they allowed me to keep the ties sent in error. Borrelli. Very nice and very expensive. I have been a customer for many years and this is the first time there has been a problem. They corrected it quickly (and generously). Oh. And they deliver around the world faster than I get deliveries sent from department stores within my own country. Outstanding.
