If you need a safe with lots of room, this is it!
The safe is exactly what I was looking for. It has lots of room for all photo albums, jewelry and other items that in case of fire I wouldn't be able to get out in their entirety. The only issue was the delivery, they delivery driver was great - the issue was I got a phone call the day of the delivery. I wished I would have got a phone call a day in advance so I could have prepared better.

Ok I searched many many safes and decided on TigerKing Spark series. It is just so handsome. Beautiful white and shiny hardware. Solid and heavy. Inside it is all lined and cushioned with a pretty felt fabric. The only caveat is I paid 100.00 dollars for white glove delivery. However when Ceva Logistics arrived they said they didn't get that information.,so I would not get white glove delivery. I am still giving a 5 star rating because I love the safe however, I will be asking for a 100.00 dollar refund. Thank you

My safe was sent quickly and delivered well packaged. It looks great and is quite nice even though it seems a bit light for its size and has a strong odor in the interior. I wish it had one more shelf and some type of lighting option, but overall it was a good purchase.

My safe will not lock
My safe will not lock. I have been corresponding with the company for several weeks now and still have no resolution . Sorry to leave such a bad review - but so far this product has been an utter failure.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the locking issue with your safe. The reason your SPARK safe cannot lock is due to a problem with the electromagnet, which can be easily fixed.
To resolve this, we provided two options:
A partial refund so you can arrange the repair.
Full reimbursement for a local repair service of your choice.
We promptly replyed to your emails and calls but have not received a last reply from you. Please get back to us asap so we can resolve your issue.
