Ordered a smartwatch 3 weeks ago. Since then the order is „in sospeso“. No customer support, no possible way to contact them. They don‘t care, don‘t even bother and try to call or message them. Worst experience so far, I am now trying to get my money back, but you can’t even cancel an order. Never going to buy something from these scammers ever again.

Please don't get fooled by seeing less price.
The order will be placed but after one week of a long wait, they will send an email saying that the product is out of stock.
By the time you get your refund, the prices will be peaks in other websites. Don't ever order Google Pixel in their website they don't have stock they are just fooling us.

They have very nice phones at affordable prices compared to other online shops I have checked. Thumbs up.

Nice phone it came on time order Saturday and it came Thursday. But what I received is different from what I order. I want the one with 2 camera's at the back and front but is not what I received. I pray it remain good

1st they are not responsive(via email )
2nd phone is not working
3rd i will never deal with them anymore

basically they just trow good price so you could input you cc in their system .

Perfect service. The phone was sent and delivered one day after they received the payment! Very quick and professional. The only thing I had a problem with was card payment that didn't work, so I had to send the money by transfer. Still, the transfer took 2 days and I received the product on the 3rd day. Very satisfied.

This was the second time I bought a cell phone from tigershop.
First a Huawei P20, and this time an iPhone XR 128 GB. The phone has arrived 8 days after I paid. Even during these 8 days, I always have received updates about my order.
So my experience is absolutely positive with them.

This is my second time shopping with tigershop. The first time I got AirPods and now an iPhone XS Max. Super fast shipment (not always happens, the AirPods were slower) but would still leave them a 5/5 review. I literally just saved €400 on this. Unbeatable prices and good costumer support. I highly recommend them.

Recupero password impossibile
Il recuper password è impossibile, perchè nonostante le numerose prove di richiesta recupero password, non arriva l'email. Come devo fare?

I bought a mobile phone and the battery was dead. I contacted costumer service for exchanging it. They took it and said the replacement will need 30-45 working day! When I requested a refund because I didn't want to wait they refused saying I have no other option except waiting.

Very unprofessional and would highly NOT RECOMMEND buying from them.

I bought a smartphone , when arrived I was not able to downloading or updating application. A technical told me that my phone was blocked.
I contacted the tigershop service, really bad customer service, and it tooks long time to receive an answer. I sent them back my phone, until one month they told me that they has never received the pack. The courier confirm me that it was delivered, so I think that was a theft. Unfortunatley I'm now not in Italy, and the police told me that I have to be personally present to make a complaint....but....what' s happened? Tigershop contacted me telling that who has received the pack is working for them. So....one month that they have my phone and saying they never receive it. Until today, no refound, no phone back, only lot of lies.
First thing I'll do as soon I'll be back in Italy is the complaint....when something like that happens, don't exitate to denounce.

A wide range of products at the best prices you can find in the market. Seriously, Tigershop's prices are incredible! I used it twice and each time the phones arrived in less than a week. I even started recommending it to friends who used it and they loved it.
Highly recommended.

I bought a smart phone last year it was broken. they told me covering the garantee from the second year so after one year I sent the phone to them and no news. after months no phone no news about it

We order a new cellphone by web( Moto Z2 play) but when arrived, the device was reset by Google's FRP and I couldn't access the phone..like it was used before.. very bad...and very disappointed !

Honestly I'm getting very annoyed by their customer service. My order was lost, fine...it might happen, and I was immediately offered for a refund. I thought...good! However I have been told to wait for 2 weeks, till Aug 20, since it was holiday period...again ok I can wait. But now is 4 days that I don't get any response via email and is pratically impossible ( I wonder if they really pick up the phone) get hold on anyone on the phone. I waited 3 times for +20 minutes and eventually gave up. I'll wait one more day and they complain to the Consumer association ....

My identity was recently stolen and they made two purchases at Tigershop. I contacted tigershop via there contact form ( as I am American, not italian, and the hours are rough to call ) and they did not even bother to respond to me. I was trying to get them to stop shipment for the thiefs so THEY wouldnt lose product, as my bank is already in the process of disputing the charges. But it seems Tigershop cant even be bothered to respond to me, much less when its in there own interest to do so.
