Brilliant customer service from Kirsty and the team in the cowbridge store. A mislabelled jacket was sent to me and they dispatched a replacement the same day and I received it the following day. Kirsty from customer service was great-I was able to talk to her directly and the person in the Cowbrudge store was so helpful! Thank you!

Below average customer service.
So the item arrived on time which was great. However it has a hole in the pocket. Customer service was great to begin with, however when I mentioned I wasn’t happy with the compensation they offered, I have not heard back from them.

Thanks for taking the time to review us. We of course reiterate our apology that the item arrived with a manufacturing fault. As of the 17/03/25 your case has been fully resolved. Initially you were offered a full replacement or a credit as compensation, due to the condition of the item. As you weren't happy with our initial offer, we then took some time to review the situation, in order to provide a desirable solution for yourself. Sorry that this resulted in a delay in our customer service.

Never arrived, no replies
Never arrived. I have contacted FedEx and Tiki Surf to no avail. Their live chat seems to be offline permanently and their emails are barely answered. FedEx told me this was lost and I just want the ring I paid for.

I am sorry there was a delay in our response to you. Our customer service team doesn't work over the weekend, as is outlined on our website. This is an issue with FedEx our courier, we usually allow some time for them to correct the issue, which I can only apologise hasn't happened in your case. Since receiving your message we have tried to contact you with no response, we then decided to action a full refund inclusive of your postage fee on the 10/03/25.
