The coffee is good value, however the variety pack I received mostly contained darker roasted coffee, that tasted burnt/bitter. I know that will appeal to some that like darker roasted coffee but honestly I expected more from a specialty coffee roasters. There wasn’t much variety across the different roasts I received. Sorry but poor.

We haven't been the easiest of customers have messed about with our subscription. The team at Tiki Tonga have been superb. Unable to chose between beans and pods we now have both!
By far the best coffee out there, excellent customer service, outstanding communication, and the product is unbelievable lovely, subscription service is first class.

Last order I made, the delivery address was from a separate order I’d made through shop pay so emailed within a minute of purchase to update the delivery address, apologising profusely. Received an email to say it had been updated to my address, was all sorted and not to worry. Ended up being delivered to the incorrect address anyway despite assurances otherwise. Emailed to ask how they we’re planning to rectify. Completely ignored. Emailed several times. Fair to say, customer service not their forte.
