don't pay for next day delivery
i payed for next day delivery waited in all day from 8;00 am to at 9;00pm it then turned up at 9:35 in the evening no phone call or text befor hand thats NOT next day delivery i could have went to work come home go out for a couple of pints and still got it the same time

Would recommend Tile Couture
Purchased Fila floor cleaner for the limestone tiles in my conservatory. The 5 litre container was extremely good value compared to purchasing in small quantaties from local tile retailer that sells a similar product. Excellent service my purchase arrived on the next working day

£16 for delivery and goods still havent arrived 6 days later
as said havent the goods yet.... however I know the fila products I have ordered is firstclass.

Your order was placed on Wednesday 28th November, the goods were despatched on Friday 30th November using UPS next working day delivery so will be delivered today which would be within the 3 working days stated on the website.
One of the products that you ordered was out of stock so was ordered in, otherwise the goods would have been delivered the very next day.
We always aim to deliver excellent customer service and your goods (assuming they arrive today as they should do) will have been delivered within the 1-3 working day delivery stated on the website. We have emailed you the UPS tracking number again should you wish to track your goods.

Fast reliable service
My order was for 30 kilos of grout in differng colours. The order arrived quickly and is exactly as required. The bonus is that it was almost half the price of buying from a local hardware store and with a much better choice.

Perfect service, great value a pleasure to deal with, many thanks.
I ordered the drills on Monday and they arrived as specified on Wednesday. The drills are for drilling porcelain tiles, in the past we have purchased drills from other suppliers which only lasted for a couple of holes. The drills from Tile Couture have drilled 40+ holes and are still going strong. We will order from then again.
