Sales team were very good, ordering was easy, price was good, when tiles were delivered the boxes had separated and the tiles strewn across the pallet. Very disappointing only 3 of the 8 boxes were intact, meaning I've had to sort through the rest by hand, fortunately only 2 tiles were damaged, had it not been for delivery you would have got 5 stars. Perhaps cling wrap the boxes before despatching?

I had around 30 damaged tiles in my order, but the issue was handled quickly and professionally. All replacement tiles were delivered within 3–4 working days, which I was very impressed with.

The shop staff were excellent in helping us, however we were let down by the companies delivery partner, AIT Home Delivery. Their website depicts a modern, blue sign written van, what turned up was a rusty old truck that rattled onto our drive, driven by a grumpy driver who complained from the minute he stepped out of the cab, moaning from the start about our having a gravel drive and how difficult it would be to manage to get his pallet truck the four feet from the tailgate to the garage. The tiles were stacked incorrectly on the pallet, loose tiles offset in the middle of a stack of box so tiles were damaged,

I love my new porcelain paving slabs, they add a touch of elegance to my patio.

We ordered a product and they sent the wrong colour. When this was pointed out the order was collected and we were notified that a new order would be dispatched. All sorted out in the end but just had to reorganise things a bit.

I had an excellent experience with Tile Mountain. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Delivery was quick and efficient, and everything arrived exactly as expected.
I’d also like to give a special mention to the team at the Basildon showroom – they were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
