My review is based on having ordered tiles on three separate occasions from Tiles Direct, On every occasion the service was seamless and super efficient. Delivery was usually significantly less than the advertised 2-3 days, and usually came next day. This allowed us to plan effectively with the tiler. When I emailed customer services, Sam responded straight away with efficiency and I felt reassured that my order was important. The delivery company - Walkers - deliver on a pallet and their communication updates are exceptional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tiles in the future. Prices are competitive and services overall top notch.

Just to say that we have great value excellent customer service!
Just to say that we have used tiles direct for our patio tiles, bathroom tiles and now currently for a new bathroom downstairs Andrew Chris and Rees have all been really helpful. Their customer service is great. The phone is picked up quickly and all queries are handled extremely professionally. They are without a shadow of a doubt the most cost-effective tile operation in Swansea and you can always park. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these guys for all your bathroom and tiling needs both internally and externally they are brilliant.

Beautiful quality tiles and great customer service!
I made an order of 38 onyx white tiles and the quality of these tiles were the best from all the ‘big retail tile shops’. No breakages on delivery and my tiler had no issues whilst cutting etc and said they was extremely good quality. They also resolved an issue promptly when I thought we would need more but after not needed them they understood straight away to cancel the order etc. thanks again and will definitely be ordering from here in the future and recommending them!

Awful company
Awful company, do not use. Customer service is an absolute joke. First time I called i had no answer, 2nd day I got the most unhelpful advisor.
Not only did the tiles look different to whats advertised online. I was told that the only way to return them is to drive an hour to Leeds to return them as they do not offer a returns policy. Al Murad is the sister company and apparently you cannot return directly to the shop as tiles have gone missing... very inconvenient for customers that live locally to Al Murad.
Not only is Leeds very far to drive with working full time and with children, they are also on a pallet and extremely heavy (doesn't help having a bad back). The delivery cost was £39 and apparently it was discounted as the usual price is £50 which is extremely expensive. I was advised to contact a delivery company and sort myself, the cost of delivery and returning the tiles will actually cost near enough the amount I paid for just the tiles.
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Rip off delivery charge
The order and delivery were actually fine. But the fact that they charge a flat rate of £39.00 postage, even if you order just two tiles, is an utter disgrace.
I couldn't get these tiles anywhere else so had no choice but to buy from these rip off merchants.

Delivery charge reduced
I only needed a small amount of tiles so the standard delivery charge was too steep to justify. I emailed customer service and they reduced the fee to a much more affordable price. Very happy

Great customer service
I only needed a small amount of tiles, but the delivery fee was still quite high, so I reached out to customer service on email and Maya quickly responded - they offered me a much cheaper option and I proceeded.

Completely honest review..
Completely honest review... I only wanted 7 small tiles, hence, couldn't warrant the standard delivery charge. I took the time to email the company and Maya emailed within a very short time to say that the delivery charge could be reduced significantly, yet needed to order via telephone. Not a problem ... I did notice afew hours later that the tiles came in 2 colours, so emailed them immediately to make sure BLUE NOT GREEN.... all sorted and received tiles within a day ... delivery company and tiles direct kept me informed etc ... perfect. Unfortunately, I did receive green, easy contact, pleasant response, sorted ... yep ... green again... whoops. Look ... mistakes happen, but we eventually got 3rd time lucky ... no further expense to myself, no having to return "at my expense" etc. The tiles are beautiful, the communication was great and to sum up ... we are all human ... mistakes happen ... It's how you go about rectifying the problem. Thank you Maya and Abu, wonderful customer service.

Replacement of damaged tiles - No hassle.
Tiles ordered and received on 7th November. Unfortunately 2 were damaged in transit.
Upon report to Asim at Tiles-direct, replacements were swiftly sent and safely received 11th November.

Searching for a tile to match existing.
I was looking for a specific tile to match existing ones and they are not a regular size. Maya in customer services was very helpful and tried to find me a match and when that failed she offered an alternative choice.

Unethical, unprofessional & downright disgusting
When I ordered and paid for my kitchen floor tiles, the agreement was that the tiles would be delivered to my flat which is on the seventh floor and that the courier would let me know when he was en route by phone or text. None of this happened. Instead unexpectedly the courier rang the bell shortly before 8 am and I let him in and waited. And waited. Then I went down to find out what the delay was and found the pallet of tiles in a busy central London Street where he had left them. Tiles Direct are not answering their phone. I’m literally going into hospital for back surgery tomorrow and even if I wasn’t, there is no way that I could bring a pallet of tiles on my own with no equipment up to the flat. The courier company tell me that Tiles Direct are fully aware that only kerbside delivery is offered, but there is no way I would’ve agreed to this and no point was this mentioned. I am beyond frustrated.
UPDATE:
Maya from Tiles Direct responded to my email to apologise for the inconvenience and ask whether I had someone who would help me to bring the tiles in. Which isn’t very helpful but is better than the email I subsequently received from an unnamed person who addressed me as ‘hi’ and then went onto to say ‘ in no way have we said it’s not a curbside (sic!) delivery’ and then said I would need to arrange a return at my own cost and that I would then be charged a restock fee of 10%. Can you believe this?! I’m astounded at this unethical and unprofessional behaviour (which totally undermines the email sent earlier by another employee).

Classique 60cm x 60cm High Gloss…
Classique 60cm x 60cm High Gloss Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile---- I bought the above tiles from Tiles Direct. I renovated my en suite with the tiles and was so impressed we have just completed renovating the main bathroom and purchased them again.
I first purchased 22 sq metres then 40 sq metres in separate orders.
I was slightly nervous after reading some of the negative comments on Trust Pilot but the tiles were delivered very quickly and they were in perfect condition.
Tiles Direct were the only company I could find online that sold that type of tile in that size.
This is actually the first time I have written a review on trust pilot but after the great service and my nervousness after reading the negative reviews I thought I should let everyone know about my experience.

Terrible communication an a waste of…
Terrible communication an a waste of time. I wanted to order some tiles that were out of stock. They told me they would be back in stock in 3-4 weeks and I held off work. After four weeks they weren’t in and had no indication of when they would be. I asked for a new timescale and they just replied with a one line that they had no date. I’m annoyed I held off work and messed tradespeople around.

Tiles not delivered - All communication ignored !!
I ordered my tiles on 28th October 2025 and they still have not arrived, i have sent multiple emails and made telephone calls, but all have been ignored. Please can you reply to my calls/emails and deliver my tiles as ordered.
