The ordering process was easy but it was difficult to tell that my payment had been taken as it appeared small at the top of the page so I clicked again and this meant I had done a second order by accident. However I emailed straight away to inform the company and they had noticed themselves and refunded the second payment asap.
The pants came in eco friendly packaging quite promptly and I am pleased with the fit and sizing. They are long legged knickers for the warm weather, nice thin soft cotton that doesn't ride up on the legs and are not too tight.

The underwear that I ordered was well-priced and it arrived very quickly. Last year I ordered similar goods and there was a delay so I asked that they should not be despatched whilst I was on holiday. Timarco did just that and then they arrived safely when I returned. Well done.

Fairly easy ordering, reasonable delivery time. Product seems uncomfortable at the moment. It does the job in terms of support but it feels too tight on my shoulders and there's no further adjustment on the straps from what I can see. I can only wear it for about 2 hours and as a gym instructor I need to wear it all day

The product is fine, and I managed to install it on the roof in about three hours.
My only criticism is the roller. Come on guys, a 4 inch roller is taking the pxxx!
So I used my old trusted one, which is now in the bin!

Never received my order.

My order went missing 12 days ago and all I have received are unhelpful, useless emails letting me know that the woeful support staff at this company are looking into tracing my order. The order was sent by Royal Mail 24. I have asked for a refund, but have not received one to date. Will never use this company again. Their customer support people just waste your time.
Update 12.6.25: Have not heard from Timarco directly myself today even though some abstract form of apology was posted by them on the Trustpilot site. How do Timarco know who I am in order to put things right? My review mentioned no order number or other details. I have zero faith in this shambolic company. Please refund me for my order, as requested several times now.

When I ordered underwear I paid for postage, but was very surprised to be charged for the return. One of the two items was too small, so I returned it straight away registering the return and using a prepaid Timarco returns label. When I received my refund, £3.99 for return postage was deducted. This made the single item that I kept very expensive as postage costs added an additional £7.98. I normally expect returns to be free with a prepaid returns label, so this was an expensive mistake.
