TBH I was nervous about using an 'online' company for such a big purchase despite the great price they quoted. However, I spoke to their customer support team twice, and on both occasions their advice and guidance was excellent - they clearly know their product well. The survey was also very good and enabled me to tweak my order. The fitters were excellent and the door looks AMAZING! A very smooth and quick process from end to end. Recommended 100%.

Very Efficient and responsive customer service. I was kept informed during the purchasing procedures, sometimes I was kept reminding of making decision. On the date of installation, the installer was professional and kept all things tidy and cleaned up of wastes. The only thing I think that can be better done is : an offer of £50 discount was said to apply but I cannot see the break down shown in the total payment.

After completing an online quote I was impressed by the help and advice I received from Nick on the phone, who helped me choose the right Comp Door option. Booking in the survey visit was easy, and once completed, my new front door was fitted less than 3 weeks later. The installation team, Matt and James, did a great job and I'm really pleased with the end result. Very competitive price too. Every step of the process was very professional and efficient. Great service from beginning to end. I started with a design-your-own door & quote from the website. We wasn't in a position to order straight away and wasn't bombarded with calls like some other companies. When we were ready I called the main office and was offered a free colour sample, as I had RAL colour questions. From this we decided to proceed. The whole ordering system, booking of the survey with Martindales (associates of Timber composite doors) was clear and straight forward and the final installation came much sooner than the quoted manufacturing time. Very pleased with the final door, transforms the front of our house. Many thanks.

quality of product and good prompt installation is what i have experienced plus excellent customer service where i started by having quotes on two different types of doors. i have opted for one stable door with a vibrant colour and i wasnt disappointed as i was sent a sample of colours available and a discount offer which came out handy. also the online communication form was good option to have.
overall it was excellent service from start to finish and the stable door is solid and colourful as i wanted offering very high security for years to come.
