My warranty case was declined, because the shoes are not waterproof, but water resistant. However, I found this funny, because the same pair is advertised with the attribute benefit of being waterproofed. I think that wearing shoes for 5 days is not a long time for the price asked. I do not recommend this pair to anyone who plans to wear them during winter season.

Keeps money after return
They lie about heir refund policy. I have now waited 2 months on getting my money back, and I haven’t heard a single thing from them.
The fact that it is a well known brand clouds your opinion of timberland. It is a scam! Spend your money else where, or go to the police if you have been scammed like me or like all the other people that has written about similar experiences here at Trustpilot.

Bad online customer service
I ordered a backpack online to be delivered to my local shop. Unfortunately I didn't get to pick it up on time and the shop sent it back automatically to Timberland. It's been 2 months and I have not been refunded even after I have contacted their customer service on three different occasions. My latest email hasn't even been responded to after a week.
I thought Timberland was a reputable brand!

Bought a gift for Christmas on Black Friday with the possibility of making the return by January 10. Unfortunatly I needed a size chante and i had to return the package and make a new order at full price with a difference of 200 euros. (leather jacket paid at 299 during black friday - full price 499). because timberland does not provide the possibility to replace the size or to buy the same item at the same price as the black friday! The costumer care offered me a15% discount code on the purchase of a new item ... and so I had to buy the same item again by spending 125 euros more and should I also thank ?! NEVER AGAIN!
