I like the warranty and restoration process. It is simple and fair. No B.S. My 25 year old bag has been restored twice. I only had to go without it for a couple of weeks while it was in the mail. The work was a quick turnaround. This is the real deal in customer service.

The product wears better than anything I have found in thirty years. My current medium sized messenger back which I use heavily and almost daily is showing wear after maybe eight years so I purchased new bags larger and smaller. I still will use the original until it ready does wear out and the newer ones when appropriate. Shipping was a story it did get to western Michigan only 3 days later than originally stated making stops in Texas, Missouri, Illinois and Ohio and finally landing on my neighbors porch.

Thank you so much for fixing my bag and getting it sent back to me so quickly! This particular bag is one of my favorites and it served me very well on my honeymoon. I love how it is compact and yet it can fit a water bottle, a Switch, and whichever novel my husband is reading.
Your bags really are the closest thing to a Bag of Holding that one can find in real life. 🤣

Stellar Service
I own a handful of Timbuk2 bags of various sizes. I have different bags for different needs. One of my old one had a deteriorating lining. I sent in pictures and they offered to repair in for $25. Best 25 bucks I've spent in a long time. Sending it in was a breeze. They supplied the info. Confirming the repair and paying was simple. It was returned to me in less time than estimated. The results are top-notch. The interior looks brand new. It seems good for at least 15 more years. Now that's value. I remain a customer for life.

easy to order, well constructed website showing the product details. The next day I discovered the luggage I ordered was on sale and after contacting the company was given a refund for the difference in retail and sale price promptly. We have long used Timbuktu and love their products.
