Waiting 3 weeks for a delivery to tenerife, and still hasn’t left mainland Spain!! I provided all documents that was needed and double checked if they could deliver to Canary Islands. Communication is zero, one email reply from about 5 that I’ve sent wondering what is going on. I’ve requested a full refund and still nothing from them

Misleading 24–48h Delivery Promise – Very Disappointing Experience
Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a padel racket on February 5th with a promised 24–48h delivery and paid €11 for shipping. It was finally delivered on February 14th — far beyond the advertised timeframe.
I needed it for a tournament on Wednesday and even took a day off work, but the racket had not arrived, so I had to rent one instead.
To make matters worse, it was shipped with no protective padding, just placed inside a cardboard box.
Misleading delivery times, expensive shipping, and poor packaging. I would not recommend.

Recieved my packet today, as they wrote it would the day i made the order. Everything is perfect, no complaints!
Canceled order without any reason
I ordered many things and day after I get email that my order have been canceled.
No reaction - no refund
Ordered a bag on the site. The wrong bag was delivered. The delivered bag was also very stained.
It took about 3 days and as many mails before I got a reaction.
I have sent the bag back, that arrived with them a few days later. We are talking around 22nd of February.
Sice then I have sent them countless mails, without any reaction and I haven't received a refund yet. I'm going to make an official complaint at the European Center for Consumers.

Mislead customers with false information on their website
My experience with them is that they mislead the customer by offering false or incorrect information on their website.
I bought a pair of padel shoes. During checkout, they explicitly said that the delivery time to Sweden was "3-5 WORKING days". The order was made on Sunday, July 2, so it would be reasonable for it to arrive between Thursday and Friday, July 6 or 7. The product hasn't arrived yet, and it's scheduled to arrive earliest on Tuesday, July 11, that is, "7 WORKING days", double as many days as what they promised, 3-5.
This is the worst shop i have ever…
This is the worst shop i have ever seen. We ordered two rackets and the shop said, they are going to be delivered in 4-5 days. Even after 4-5 weeks… nothing. Finally afer 8 weeks the were delivered. But one non ordered racket. The shop dont answer on emails, whatsapp or phone calls. Service is rated with -1 from 5 possible stars. Nobody should order at this shop. They answer emails as fast as they ship your order… never.
