We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, but we’d like to clarify a few important points regarding your account and service suspension.

When you created your account, you agreed to our Terms of Service, which clearly state that accurate personal information must be provided. During a routine verification, we identified discrepancies in the account’s first and last name — information that was clearly false:

In such cases, as per our Terms, we are required to take action. We sent an email requesting the correction of the account details, and allowed a 3-day window to update the information. Since no response or update was received, the account was suspended due to a Terms of Service violation.

We understand this can be frustrating, but as a service provider, we have the right — and responsibility — to enforce our policies to ensure security and compliance for all users.

While it’s true that our servers are unmanaged, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with frequent crashes — especially when the setup worked fine elsewhere. We regret that we weren't able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction or offer a more helpful path forward during that time.

It's possible that differences in hardware, resource allocation, or virtualization technology contributed to the stability you're now experiencing with your new provider. That said, we take all such feedback seriously and will be reviewing this internally to see where we can improve — both in terms of infrastructure monitoring and how we support our users, even on unmanaged services.

We also understand your concern about pricing. While we do our best to keep costs low, some adjustments are occasionally necessary to sustain and improve the service. We recognize this can be frustrating and truly appreciate your loyalty over the years.
