A 1* is a joke
This company in the U.K. doesn't even diserve a 1 star rating. I ordered rare watch crystal from them back in March of 2026. I still have not recieved it as of 7/13/2026. What I'm guessing is their paperwork was wrong or they didn't pay the duties owed. I really don't know because they won't respond to repeated attempts to contact them. It was in Customs here from March until last week and now it is back in the UK wher it originated from. I filed a claim with Customs and the US postal service to figure out where it was on this side of the pond. Us postal service notified me that as of July 9,2026 it was back in Jersey (a UK international mail hub). I can't even imagine running a business and refusing to al least acknowledge a customer,so that is why I am here. Good luck to those who choose to use them.
