Mr. Francisco took care of our network problems, solving them in a very professional, but friendly way. At the end gave a look at the system to be sure everithing was ok and gave us some more tips about the software and the device. Never had such an assistance! Very very positive!

On three occassions we have needed phone support from Timemoto and on each occassion it has been a swift and satisfactory resolution. On our support call today Gary was most helpful and solved our issue within 5 minutes

have used Timemoto for years but had a particular issue with a new install. after the initial backwards and forwards with emails I was assisted by Emma who was marvellous. she was helpful, polite and understanding when it came to dealing with fossils like myself with very little IT knowledge. the only very small gripe I have is the contact times, sometimes it takes a while for assistance emails to be answered. All in All a great help from a great company.

I was assisted by Gary and he was perfect. Job was sorted in no time and he really knew what was the problem. it has been few times over the years and Gary always solve any problem with the machine or divise.

I had several questions, which were always answered promptly. There were a few problems with understanding and these were all clarified over the phone. Mr. Giesen for the German support is great!

It’s hard to connect to support team but when you can talk over the phone they will sort out the issue quickly.

The timemoto functions are versatile and easy to understand. The tool is super clear and very suitable for everyday use. Difficult problem when the supervisor details were lost.
Email support was excellent and the problem was resolved quickly by Emma Wilshire.
Most refreshing to get everything sorted in such a timely, efficient and friendly manner.
I can't praise the support staff enough.

Until today we have had never an issue with TIMEMOTO.....but today we have made a mistake. we have registered a new member with an inactive Mailadresse. We have tried to activate the account which did not work bacause the Mailadresse was on a bouncing list.
Yesterday we contacted TIMEMOTO Service and Manager Burak Akbal could help us quickly!
....so we are Happy
