Very disappointed with the taste of London deal via timeout. I brought 2 entry and two tasting dishes tickets, only to discover on the day that timeout clearly mis sold me and my tickets were only entry and champagne tickets. Very poor customer service to, after complainig to timeout not compensation was offered. Never again will I buy tickets via timeout. WASTE OF MONEY AND MONEY!!!

Bought the Roka deal via Time Out offers and had the best bottomless brunch ever! Highly recommend for groups of 6 as 3hrs of bottomless drinks!!

Don't use. I bought theatre tickets recently with a "supposed " upgrade. On the evening the person next to me had paid the same as I did. Then checked theatre website and the same. No upgrade! Contacted timeout they said theatre had changed the price. Are they that poor at negotiating that they cannot ensure the customer gets what they are expecting? After my comments back timeout did not respond. Such a rubbish deal and poor customer service. I seem also not to be the only person complaining! For cheap tickets either go into actual theatre website or todaytix. Avoid timeout!

I am a business owner who was sold a premium profile package for my business with the promise of increased business, that would help me increase turn over.

Well almost a year has gone by and the service is not only appalling, Time Out is unable to deliver what it promised in the first place and total waste of money.

To top it all off, they are claiming that i have been automatically renewed and tied into a new contract for an entire year! without my confirmation, permission or even notifying me. i found out as i thought was about a year and called to cancel but they said they are allowed to renew my contract as the contract i signed up for a year says they can!

So my advise to any business is DON'T TAKE ON THIS SCAM!!!! they bullies and forcing me to go to court to cancel this 2nd year they think they have the right to sign me up to.

We upgraded to the 'Premium' profile subscription under the impression that we would have a dedicated account manager, up to 6k sponsored ads throughout the TimeOut website every month and more better features to help increase our visibility. Half a year later, I have emailed the account manager and the premium support team multiple times now to which I've received zero responses to my requests for editorial attention and my concerns that the number of sponsored ads promised are barely averaging half of what was promised. Their support team is unresponsive and they do not hold up their end of the subscription contract. Huge waste of money and very frustrating experience.

DO NOT BUY THE TIMEOUT VOUCHERS FOR THE RESTAURANT. I bought 7 vouchers via this website for a 'Bottomless' dumplings deal, and was utterly shocked at how misleading the advertising was. First of all, the restaurant was very strict with the 'rules' of the buffet at the restaurant, for example they stipulated only 3 dumplings (xiao long bao) PER person for the buffet which is just ridiculous. Second of all, service was very slow, and they insisted that we could only order another round of dishes if we are done with our first round ( which is fine because of wastage) BUT they served us a MOUNTAIN of fried rice, enough for 10-15 people for the first round, so it was obviously impossible to finish. I am just extremely disappointed with this experience, I normally like the soup dumplings at this restaurant but this 'deal' forced my friends and I into eating mediocre chinese food instead of the advertised dumplings. Would probably not buy vouchers via timeout again.

Very poor.. Bought 2 tickets for Greenwich Tall ships Fireworks yesterday for 38£ as we were very interested to view the fireworks. But unfortunately the boat reached late to the area where fireworks happened and we were not able to see the fireworks. Just wasted the money.. 😥😥

We booked tickets to a movie night managed by time out, however the weather conditions got so bad that majority of public transport was cancelled and we were not able to attend. We really wanted to make the event but it was out of our control. Time out made no accommodations despite the fact that the majority of attendees would probably not be able to make the event. When we asked to reschedule our tickets to a later date, the refused a refund and weren't even will to offer an exchange. The "customer care team" were completely unsympathetic and unwilling to help in any way. Such a disappointment, will not be using them again.

Got tickets for a London West End show. Very shady selling process with face value of ticket ONLY showing in gray text on the very last page. I missed it and now realized i paid 30% more than face value when I can get the exact same tickets via the theatre website, will NEVER EVER use Timeout in any other city from now on and will make sure all my friends know about it.

I visit London alot and Time Out has saved my life.In a short time, I can look through their pages and find the very best places to go, things to see , places to stay and eat.
This is the go to magazine and online site for London Locals too to find out the best new things in their area.
Want to have a real taste of London life, find hidden gems, unusual experiences and lots of free activities then time out is what you want to read.
If only every part of Britain had Time Out, it's easier to find out what's going on in London than it is for me to find out about my own area.

I love the dependency I have on Timeout, from gigs, to clubs to my shopping sprees, I blindly follow Timeout.

I love Timeout as I use it t find out what's going out in London. I am interested mainly in photography and art exhibitions. I registered online with Timeout a while ago and I won two cinema tickets at a cinema of my choice. which was a nice way to welcome me,

A fantastic variety of offers for things to do experience wise. Great value for money too :-)
