BIGGEST SCAMMERS
Time travel and Alexa travel are same company. They hacked my call to emirates and fraudulently pretended to be the airline. Took a lot of money to upgrade 6 of us.Nothing was done. Since 11.12.23 I have been trying to get my money back. Please don’t use them as just scammers. A guy called Haris and also Mir are the biggest thieves along with so call Jeff Adam I believe they all use fake names. All based in India or Pakistan. But a registered office in
London. I have involved Action Fraud who is investigating. Also all of us must contact as many Airlines as possible with evidence.

Total scam. They charged me £145 for a ticket cancellation on behalf of pegasus Airlines and confirmed full refund but I have received only 20% of my payment. When I called Pegasus they said this company pretends line Pegasus partner but that is not correct. Contacted my bank and took the £140 back and logged complaint with Pegasus for full refund.

Spam SPAM and more SPAM.
Avoid like the plague.
Do not respond.
Suspect the "positive" reviews are fakes planted to make it look good

Fake dont transfer money in their account or give any card details. I questioned them and they ran away.

i bought a ticket through them.transfer money into their bank account.i been issed a fake ticket,ckeck and confirmed from airlines no record found.contact call centre they told me they will issue refund its over a years no refund been issed.
this is online scam becareful.........................................

Dont use this firm, i have booked a flight to Colombo, but they gave me a fake ticket. The lady on the phone very rude. never got the money back. still waiting.
