Used this Salon for nearly 2 years , going on holiday Monday booked 2 weeks ago when last had my nails done. Tried to book in a vulnerable adult today who lives with me, all stood about doing nothing and said fully booked. Discrimination at its best. Then checked my time for Saturday,sure it was midday and had been rubbed out and said not booked. Last time I did ask her to cut my nails lower and she was very rude name of Ellie. Think they just like to get drill out do what they want ,no communication, money and goodbye.
Sadly I’ve been there twice now and my nails were awful each time. My cuticles weren’t touched on either time , the colour was applied making a strange shape to my nail, the 2nd time I had to return as the nails had dents in them and then under 2 weeks later 2 just broke off. I don’t think my nails have ever looked so bad. I was going to go back to get them to correct them but I don’t trust them to do that.
