Fake image - there was one picture which was not overexposed white giving the only way to identify material as it was not in the product description. The picture i shared with the customer service was a double layered corrugated material, however i received a weak cardboard sheet. The image has nothing to do with this product. Now i have to go to a post office to send these back to get my money back after i was tricked into a purchase. What a waste of time!

I have reviewed the correspondence between you and our customer service team and can see that there was an error with the image that was on the website.
My colleague reviewed this with our website team, and the image you are referring to was a mockup created solely to illustrate the product's sizing. The other images show the correct board used. We have asked them to update this sizing image on the website for both products so that they do not show a corrugated board, as this is not the board that they are made from.
I can see that we also offered a free return for the boxes. As per the email, for this return, we offer a collection or a drop-off. You opted for the drop-off, which involves taking the goods to a parcel shop for return.
