Very great support. Could reinstal product on my other computer. Tipard support send me new key code to activate the Tipard converter.

I need to convert a PDF file into an Excel spreadsheet using this software. Copying the data from a PDF file to an spreadsheet takes lots of time. But, the conversion process is fast and simple savings me lots of time. Since I do this everyday, it makes my work enjoyable rather than a task! I'm stuck with this software for life and is the reason for a lifetime license.

Outstanding customer support & service.

I have been using the Tipard Blu-ray Copy program for some time and have been very pleased with its ease of use and good quality. However, as a result of changes I made to my pc I needed to reinstall and register the software again. Not surprisingly I found that the original registration code did not work so I contacted their Support team and within just a few hours they had replied and reset the required code. Full marks to Tipard for the program and to their Support Team for their speedy assistance.

the Converter is working OK. At first I had problems because the videos were cut off somewhere in the middle. But with the help of Tipard Support we found out what was wrong-my optical drive was too slow and didn´t transfer BD discs to PC fast enough. Then it is necessary to copy BD first to hard disc and then to convert. I used many years Acrok but now Acrok is not working now, it doesn´t load AACS keys and their support is not responding. Tipard is 2,5x faster then Acrok and it doesn´t make any mistakes. Both the picture and the sound are excellent.

I first bought the program bue-ray creator, but that did not work for me.
Contacted the supportdesk and within 2 days it was converted to dvd creator. Now that is what I call a service

This copy software can handle most Blu-ray discs without any issues.
It’s simple to operate and very user-friendly — I really like it.

What deserves special mention, however, is the excellent responsiveness of their support team.
Since the software can only be used on one computer per license ID, the ID becomes invalid not only when switching to a new computer but also when reinstalling the operating system.
In such cases, you need to contact the support center to have the ID reactivated.

I frequently perform OS maintenance on my computer, so I often need assistance from the support team.
They always respond quickly, which allows me to use the software with confidence and without worry.

REALLY awesome products and customer service team! Seems like a small team that really cares about the product and your comments on how to improve things and they are super responsive! And the software, zero complaints so far just praise on how it does what it promises and hasn't failed yet or glitched. The fact they offer a "Lifetime Buy" and not only subscriptions, this is one of the big reasons I chose them. Keep up the great work guys!!

I am using Tipard studio sveral years. I had really a lot DVD movies. With Tipard studio I ripped all of them to NAS and now I have home theatre :)

Firstly, the software performed well to convert a PDF file with a data fields into an Excel spreadsheet. I do this daily to track hourly heart rate (and other items) data from a heart rate monitor. Sometimes, there are a few glitches, but were easily corrected...such as a letter "I" for the number 1. That said, I am an old school person who want software on a CD instead of downloading them off the web. That's because if my computer needs to be reset for whatever reason, I don't want to go through the hassle of buying another download because the registration number does not work. This happened to me when I downloaded another vendor's Microsoft Office program. The code would not work and the vendor could not help except to sell me another copy. Tipard Studio is different. Response to my install difficulties was fast. They did not try to sell me another copy and provided the necessary links and information to reinstall the software. They provided information to reinstall the software in the event I needed a new computer. This effort on their part was real kindness. To be fair, I reinstalled the software on my own once I figured out how to do it without their intervention. But it was good to know that this company support their customers without money as a priority. As a result, I felt secure to purchase additional copies for other computers I have. I'm not worried about installation issues in the future.

I recently updated my laptop and therefore had some issues transferring the software (Tippard Blu-ray Converter) from old to new. Tippard's customer service helped me with this in a short timeframe. Very helpful!

Outstanding suite of programs which I have used and been thrilled with for years. Just keeps getting better. Amazingly fast customer/support service which unfortunately is rare. I know of no suite of conversion products anywhere close to Tipard. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Good to deal with. The program itself works well. Customer service was good answered me quickly and took care of the problem.

The products at Tipard Studio are great, easy to use and affordable. Recently had an issue w/ my pc ( not software) and after recently going through chemo I was having a hard time getting it going again. Irene in customer support hung in there w/ me through several emails to get me going again. Greast company.
