Ich habe eine ganz einfache Insektenfalle gekauft, nach 7 Monaten kaputt. Reparatur sollte nur ein Component sein (wegen falshes Design), aber nein, arrogantes Antworten im Email, ohne Unterschrift.
Weisst Jemand, wo diese Leute anzeigen kann? Ich finde online kaufen toll, aber solche falle sollen ausgefiltert werden.

The fact speaks for itself that they do not sign their Emals, and all answers are from the same address.
Story is I bought a cheap flytrap, which died after 7 Months or so (overheated single use fuse in HV trafo). On the first email they reacted arrogantly, and kept up blaming me, and finding always some stupid answer why they are not responsible.
The repairment would be like 5€ + labour, but no, no compromise, and full bull_shit. Never again!

Do you have any organisation in Germany who is clearing up this crap or you got to go to court for yourself?

Yep that was months of negotiaiton about nothing.

Poor quality, customer service shocking. Jack broke within 8 months of light use, do not buy!!! Rude

Arrogant, rude, refuses to accept returns for repair despite the fact that after 8 hours use the product has fallen apart.

Cheap rubbish, save your money, buy a decent brand and leave these people to peddle their cheap rubbish.
