Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
I had the misfortune of hiring Titanium Deck Builders to build a walkout composite deck on my lake home in July 2023 to the tune of $34,000+ (paid $17,000+ upfront) and I am beyond disappointed with the results. It took months for them to start the deck, and to this day it remains unfinished. They have refused to finish the deck, leaving a 2nd story deck installed improperly with no railings. This not only looks terrible, but it is also a safety hazard. I would not recommend hiring this company for any projects as they have a history of doing this to their customers. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for completing the job properly is unacceptable.
As of today, May 16 2024 my deck is not completed and the owner refuses to communicate.
