Hi Everyone reading this!
so heres whats the deal,
i went to titan storage to get well, storage duh...

and Tyrone was the man! he helped me get the right storage size and was super helpful, was very thoughtful of my phyiscial disability riding the elevator with us, and repeated things when i struggled to follow just from my body language [didnt need to tell him i didnt follow he read me well great observation skills], and all with no negative body language or tone,

super friendly and was happy to help me meet my storage needs.

honestly Tyrone if you read this. you're a legend! :)

Due to a family emergency, I was required to arrange storage facilities.
Tyrone's competent and friendly manner alleviated a stressful situation. He went above and beyond to ensure the whole process was completed within a timely framework
I will have no hesitation in recommending Triton Storage, which is due entirely to Tyrone's excellent customer service.

Tyrone at Telford was super helpful and took the time to show me the different units so that I could gauge the sizes instead of it just being a number where I couldn’t visualise that actual space. Highly recommended and thank you

I have been so impressed by Titan in Littlehampton. After being let down and misinformed by removals, I ended up being in desperate need for additional storage at the very last minute and Douglas and Kay were amazing. They helped me out hugely. Thank you. Great facility and excellent service. 🤘

The Poole branch is fantastic! Neil, Simon and the team are great - very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, modern and the units are absolutely perfect. A fantastic experience all round - second time using Titan.

We dealt with Sean & Corey from the Bridgend office. Right from parking the car the area was clean and well maintained. The first time in the office Sean explained everything very clearly provided me with a written quote and showed me possible units. When I returned the following day Corey completed the process very quickly and provided us with a key to our unit. Corey then showed us the unit and made sure we were ok with it. The unit is the smallest they do as we only have a small amount of items to store. However it is perfect for someone like us who has moved from a three bed to a two bed but do not want to get rid of personal possessions which are making our home cluttered. Leaving things like Christmas decorations and winter clothes, coats etc in storage and then swapping with the season is invaluable. The store was completely dry, secure and there are trolleys for larger items to be transported from the main door to your locker. Little things matter to us and it was the attention to detail which was excellent but also both boys personal appearance and work ethic. This really stood out for us when comparing units. We look forward to a good long term storage experience.

We dealt with Steve and Ola at the Braintree branch. From first contact until we vacated they were professional, helpful and very patient. Nothing was a problem for them including when we needed to downsize they found a storage unit immediately next door to the existing so that moving was effortless. My wife and I would like to thank them for their services and great assistance

Have been using Titan Storage in Bracknell for many many years - initially also had another unit with a major name but their poor customer service & downright lies ensured I moved all my business to Titan. The local management at Bracknell have all been superb over the years - and the current team of James & Jaz are no exception.

I have dealt with Shane & Harley, two very professional gentlemen, Shane was always there to help and I found this company to be excellent, professional, and great rates for storage. I had a fantastic experience with this company and I have suggested this company to my friends in Ireland.

The Littlehampton Titan self storage is incredible and worth every penny. The customer service is beyond amazing. Such great staff members and really helpful. We had the worst day today and they were so kind with us.

The guys at Titan Storage Poole were so helpful and patient. Neil stayed late to make sure that my removal firm could easily access the storage unit without having to use the code.

100% recommend the Telford branch. Modern and clean building, great price for a large unit. Staff are really knowledgeable and helpful.

Throughout the whole process, Shane & Harley were awesome. Not only outstanding customer focus but also great flexibility to help me get me out of a jam during the time I was using the storage. I'm hoping not to move house again any time soon - but if I'm in need of storage for any other reason, Titan in Woking will be my first call.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very, very secure place inside and out. Clean, easily accessible units, no faffing with padlocks and the Manager is really friendly and helpful. We moved from a different storage facility to this one but wished we'd come here 1st. Highly recommend and will tell friends .

After recently enquiring with the Bracknell site via the onsite Manager James , about various storage options , I was pleasantly surprised about the helpfulness & efficiency of the responses I was given. Both courteous & welcoming , he outlined additional options to the issue at hand . Actually listened to what was needed and no hard sell in things I didn’t need . Would highly recommend.
