I ordered a shoe and didn t receive it. they sent two emails about the confirmation and they disappeared.

Placed order and had two emails, first email to confirm order placed. Second email to confirm they will email me once the order is released and dispatched. Nearly 3 weeks went past, no update and no delivery. Sent 4 emails and got no response. Disappointed and disgusting customer service. I won’t be using them again. Impressive website but very poor customer experience and service. Only after raising dispute within my bank did I get response to say item OOS & canceled the order.

It used to be good but not anymore. Last 2 orders got cancelled because the product is no longer available after a week. And now it still shows up on the online store. The refund took more than a week. I live in Zürich and will be passing along these news to everbody I know. Staff is mostly very unfriendly and lazy.

I made an order on march 3 and at the shipping cost of UPS €50. I am still waiting for my order to be dispatched which proves to be ridiculous and disrespectful. I wrote to titolo about the status and they informed me that they are dealing with February orders still. This is the nearly the first and surely last time i order from them. It's a shame being a s Swiss company. I would have expected some basic professionalism but no. Even 1 star is too much for this experience.

1. Ordered a jacket online, took them 4 days to ship.
2. Switzerland - Germany shipping with ups is 32 EUR, which is ridiculous.
3. The web-page says all tax duty paid, it is NOT - had to pay 70 EUR customs fee for my jacket.
4. The jacket has a small defect - but no refunds.

I wanted to buy a jacket with a discount, but with the shipping cost and customs fee it appeared to be of the same price as the manufacturer web-page.

Would not recommend.

Entered a raffle, was not aware they were going to take my money before the draw, they then said they were going to refund and it has been 2 weeks and they still haven’t

I found a Nike Track Jacket on this website that i have been looking for, for ages! The bad reviews here though, held me back a litte, but i ended up paying for it and just hope for the best.. Everything went smooth! I live in Denmark and was expecting to pay customs duty, since this company runs in Switzerland (not part of EU) - so i did without any problems. I received the jacket after one week and a half and the condition of it is just perfect - true to size and color on the pictures. After my personal experience with Titolo AG, I highly recommend this website and suggest all potential buyers not go along with the bad reviews!

Where is my money at?
Lost a raffle and didn’t get a refund (it has been over two weeks). I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions and haven’t received a reply. Do not trust this shop. STAY AWAY!

if your package gets lost or stolen during delivery you will pay for it out of your own pocket, titolo doesn't insure their packages when shipping with UPS to cut down costs so good luck, they also dont refund you or replace the items they or their couriers lost.

I dont know if im the only one but i ordered mulitple times from titolo and i never had a issue i had my package in less than 4days of delivery.

Evey product i purchased there was in good condition.

I have ordered online from Titolo a total of 3 times and have only had good experiences.

I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 High for 170€ then paid 32€ for shipping which is an enormous about of money for slow shipping. On their website it said that taxes are included but when the shoes arrived I had to pay an extra 77€ for import taxes because the package comes from Switzerland and I live in Germany. In the end I paid 280€ for a pair of shoes that’s only worth 170€. Complete scam. Definitely do not recommend ordering from them not matter where you live!

You need to pay 35 euros to get it shipped outside Switzerland. And still they take over more then a week to ship your shoes! 35 euros is already expensive to ship shoes but you can expect zero service.

I use the WhatsApp profile to ask a question about a product and they reply in less than 5 minutessolving my dubt, I don't know if I'm just the lucky one but that was some pretty nice customer service.

Even though I made a rather unreasonable demand,
They accepted it.
They solved it much faster than I thought.

Be Careful for online shoping in Titolo in this time because they have problems with system of online shop.

the only sneaker shop I order from in Switzerland! honestly best choice of sneakers and nicest customer service! never had any issues with them..even tho my order was delayed due to corona that's to be expected really so can't complain. but everything arrived and was in great condition :)
