Extremely disappointed order a shirt online farfetch and it was the wrong size. I sent back and received an email from farfetch saying there partner ( tiziana fausti are refusing a refund because it looks like it's been worn. Complete lies and now im Disgusted with them and out of pocket 480 euros. Now I will alert PayPal about this and provide them with all the emails and evidence to show this company for what they are. LIARS

Horrible customer service. They may be more accommodating for their Italian clientele but I would not recommend them under any circumstance for a customer in the US, they are not worth the hassle. I suggest using other vendors such as Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bergdof, YOOX, etc.

I purchased item on their website, it seems they ship really fast cause I got the shipping notice info the next day. However, the tracking number they provided to me was a scam! The shipping status was shipping info received for several days, I contacted them but they just told me to keep waiting? Are you seriously? The package was still in your possessed. I will ask Paypal for refund.
I ordered 2 Saint Laurent bracelets in the sale. Received them promptly, great communication with company about delivery. When they arrived one was slightly marked so I had to email them to arrange a return. They sent me instructions the following day and cancelled any charge because the item was marked. Courier picked it up that week. I would 100% recommend this company. Great communication, delivery etc and good sales.
