TK Maxx AT Reviews 

Very poor service they left the security tag on again and when I went back into the store they insisted of a receipt. I have had the item a week before wearing and so the receipt if I had one has gone with the rubbish. I am not happy in they way I was treated I didn't steal it they should make sure that they remove all security tags and that there store sensors pick them up at the exit. That is there purpose not to be an annoyance to their customers. Thats my opinion. They should call the police if they think the item is stolen not just refuse to remove the tag! I won't be shopping there again Truro and St Austell branches although I know this is storewide issue. :-(

What an appalling customer service I have

store today. Made to feel like a ticket
swapping thief by you know who you are.I
understand that you are expected to look
out for thieves but this lady who served me
could have been more diplomatic and
instead of saying the ticketing wasn't right
and insinuate it had been swapped hope
fully by me before going to look for a similar
item to compare prices, could have said
something like she was going to have a look
to ensure I was not being over charged for
the item. Thanks for spoiling my weekend
and maybe try not be overly judgmental
next time you see someone who should not
look like how society expect her kind to look like.

A sham of a company for online orders. TKMaxx shame on you for your zero customer care. You are disgraceful, I cannot even list your faults as there are so many. I run a small online business and I would never treat my customers the way you do. Ernie Herrman shame on you too for not taking the time to read reviews and put into plan how to improve your customer care. I feel scammed at having to even put a one star to be able to write a review and I take it back, I give TKMaxx and Ernie Herrman a -100 review.

The online service is disgraceful .Wrong descriptions on the site, damaged products received due to terrible packing. If the 14 items ordered problems with 13.
Takes about 25 minutes to get through to customer service to get a standard reply.
The service is not improving so not learning from feedback.
TK Maxx I would like to speak to the director responsible for your online service and not your CD

Order of Michael Kors bracelet never arrived. Tkmaxx quick to put the blame on Hermes delivery even though Hermes has stated that the parcel was never sent to them. First time ordering from this company, will never order from them again. If I hadn’t have phoned customer services myself they would never have got in touch with me and kept my money. Appalling company!!!

Custumer servis never available. Tkmax Sent me parsel with one item missing. I paid for it 99.99£. Few days i tray to get customer service and cannot reach no phone answer no email. Second order didn't come yet. Is already 9 days.

Really disappointed, with Fraddon branch, purchased 4 pairs of jeans for my daughters to try, planned to keep 2, the day before we were to do returns first daughter had a positive Covid test, then second daughter caught it, tried to return to the shop 14days after date of last return and they would not even offer an exchange or a gift card, they gave me customer care number after I requested but not willingly, rang them had to wait on hold for half an hour to speak to adviser, who was quite pleasant, he gave me a ref code told me to try again so drove 25 mile round trip for second time and they still wouldn’t oblige. There were identical jeans still on rail so it wasn’t that they were out of season. I now have nearly £40 of jeans that can’t be worn. I purchased clothes from both Next and M&S on same day and they could not have been more helpful.
Unfortunately I Shall not be returning to TKMaxx

Absolutely fantastic service at the Hanley store. I had an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction at work and the fitting room attendant leapt into action and found the perfect work skirt! Saving my blushes for the rest of the work day.

Witnessed a member of staff screaming at another member or staff, it was absolutely disgusting will not be coming back and will be telling everyone about this experience

Woman in a pink shirt used aggressive language to tell us we where not allowed drinks in the shop she shouted at us for having them and then followed us out of the shop safe to say I won’t be returning

Went to my local TKmaxx, Castlepoint, Bournemouth. Fell in love with a huge pink garden gnome, approached a lady, name of Lenka, I asked her how I go about purchasing it. I was told to go to the till and it would all be sorted for me. I paid, by the time I got to the exit my gnome was in a trolley ready to be taken to my car by Lenka!! We got it safely in my car. Perfect service, thank you so much.

It's my favourite shop. I always find something i love for a good price

Bunch of thieves! Bought a Gucci shirt and it was too tight to wear. Took it back to store for a refund without a receipt (which I have done before without problems) and I was refused a refund even though the shirt had all its original tags including the big red plastic tag that you have to break and should only remove if you want the item for keeps. So now I'm stuck with a Gucci shirt that is no good to me at all. That's why it's cheap because they're thieves.

i collected my order from tk maxx slough on sunday and i opened it today. there is a shoe missing, i have only one shoe and the other shoe is missing. apparently it was sealed but when i looked it carefully, it was open from the inside folded area. i dont know how to register my complain.

Best shop ever, very nice personal. There were no problems with returning stuff. I love this shop, Hanna thanks a lot for the help.

A really nice shop with beautiful people around. The guy with light skin , beautiful hair and green eyes behind the tills helped me with a lot of return. He was really sweet and handsome. Tk max osdorpplein is the best

I ordered a gold label bag with great saving RRP stated to be £695 TKMaxx price £179.99 a saving of £515. Woo hoo a 74% reduction. Bag arrived and inside was its brand label with the brand RRP £417. A massive £278 difference. Very misleading. A complaint to TKMaxx prompted a response to say they have obtained evidence from their brand supplier to state RRP is correct. Well I have evidence from the brand supplier that was in the very bag and it states something different. I now discover TKMaxx have been investigated about this very thing overstating prices. So bargain hunters beware you are not getting quite the gem you bargained gor

Lady who served me initially was lovely. Really polite and apologetic that manageress was being a while arriving to deal with bottle of caramel syrup (I have bought scores of bottles of these from TK Maxx over the years and loved them).
This one is bitter.
Driven from Harrogate to return this item, to be refused by dour manageress and told 'nothing we can do'.
Very disappointed indeed.
TKMaxx has delighted me constantly with lovely products and great staff.
This lady manageress has let TK Maxx down badly.

I bought a handbag on Sunday at 1am. My delivery and billing address on the website were both wrong, so I updated my delivery address because that appeared first and then ticked the box that said 'also update my billing address'. Went ahead and ordered the bag but then the confirmation email said that the delivery address was the outdated one from 4 years ago but my billing address updated fine?! I called the contact phone line when it opened at 9am the same day and was informed they cannot cancel the order and can only redirect the address when their courier, Hermes, receive it. This was baffling to me because many other retailers, e.g. Amazon or ASOS, allow you to amend or cancel your order if it has not yet left their warehouse. They then informed me that they could only cancel/redirect it once their courier, Hermes, had received the parcel so that Hermes could return it back to their warehouse. I told them that made no sense, they have to give the parcel to an entirely different company in order to return it back to themselves?? Bear in mind it was a Sunday too, meaning their warehouse staff were not even working, so it wasn't as if the handbag was even being packed! I was told to wait until I receive a 16 digit tracking number from Hermes and to call them once I receive it to redirect the parcel. Fine. I receive the tracking number from Hermes at 3.30pm on Tuesday and call TK Maxx an hour later to give them the tracking number. The woman I spoke to was a bit rude and also sounded slow, but eventually she understood what was going on after I explained it to her and told me they will contact Hermes right then and there to redirect it and that I should be expecting a call back within the next two days from TK Maxx. Today is Thursday and the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, instead of to me. Needless to say, they did not change it at all even though I followed all of their instructions and it was their faulty website that caused this in the first place! Now I am out of pocket despite me purchasing thousands of pounds worth of goods over the years! Shocking customer service, do not buy here. I will not buy from TK Maxx again and I am happily moving over to BrandAlley.
