Great culture of customer service at TLC
I recently used TLC Horsham for the first time on the recommendation of my electrician. When I checked by phone they had one only unit of the item I required which they agreed to hold while I drove 7 miles to collect it.
A couple of weeks later I ordered a further four of the same items on line from the Horsham store. As the branch was out of stock, they quickly re-routed my order to another store and still managed to provide next day home delivery.
Everyone I encountered, from the Horsham branch to the in-house delivery driver, was friendly, helpful and efficient and I found it very encouraging to deal with a company with such a strong culture of customer service.
I shall always use TLC for my electrical supplies in the future

My search for a particular make and model of security floodlight took just seconds, with very good views of the product, and full information. The price was competitive with the supplier where I first saw the floodlight, but after spending ages on their terrible website, it turned out they had no stock. In contrast the TLC site was very easy to use, so I placed the order, which was delivered the following morning: 10/10

Super friendly people who went out of their way to help me
I called TLC today for some help in sourcing a replacement brick, cord and plug for a fan I bought that came with all of those items missing. They were incredibly patient in explaining to my untechnical brain what they could supply, but noted I would have to do the wiring to connect all three items together. When I went for pick-up, I found they had done the wiring for me, which was incredibly nice and took a bit of stress out of my life.
When picking up the order, I noted how friendly everyone who worked there was to all of their clients, greeting everyone with big smiles. I don't know - this goes a long way in my book. It can be really intimidating going into a shop like that when you don't understand anything about electronics, but they put everyone at ease. And, again, it was super nice of them to do the wiring for me. Terrific people.
