Andy at the basingstoke depot helped me so much with a small job I was needing alot of small components for. When a couple of bits wernt in stock he thought out of the box to help me complete the job. Also saved me a small sum on some recommended parts that I didn't really need. Ben was also a great help. Both men are an absolute asset to TLC and I will not be going anywhere else for my electrical needs.
Absolute stars and such a pleasure to speak with them.

Good people to deal with
I'm in the slightly unusual position of writing a review simply because I feel they deserve it. Nobody asked me to do this as is often the case with stuff you buy from amazon etc.
I've never had a hint of a problem until yesterday. "Dammit! they've sent 3 core instead of 4 core I asked for.....". With many companies these days its a fight with their call centres and chat bots to get things resolved. With TLC it sounds corny but is true that everyone that I have dealt with including Steve at Reading (my decision to name check NOT been asked to), the lady on the phone and even the delivery guy were super polite and understanding. Yes even the delivery guy - I'm not joking he's an all round nice guy and takes care with your stuff and your delivery instructions.
