I used TLS as part of the free Will writing service they provide in partnership with my chosen charity. I have been impressed from start to finish with all staff members who provided an excellent customer service. Amelia Grey was efficient professional with our email exchanges and Hannah Smaldon friendly and highly professional during our face to face meetings. I used TLS Solicitors in conjunction with Free Will Writing Month. Rebecca Gazzard took considerable trouble to research some financial queries. After agreement, the will was drawn up and signed and witnessed at the office of TLS. This was very helpful and saved the trouble of having to find someone to witness the will. It is now being stored in a safe location at no cost to myself.

I used TLS as part of thge free will initiative to change my previous will. I am impressed with Ms Hannah Smaldon's approach. She was polite, understanding and friendly. She understood my and prepared a draft for my approval. New will has been signed. I am happy to consult TLS in future for any amendments to will or legal help.

I used TLS for assistance in writing up my will through the free wills month scheme. Amelia Gray in the Newquay office was both helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get things completed and finalised.

TLS made my Will writing easy, and asked relevant questions along the way. I used TLS as part of ‘Free Will Month’. The process from start to finish was understandably quite slow - apparently, they received approx 400 requests at that time.
Didn’t meet any staff in person until visiting their office recently to sign my finalised document. Both Rebecca and Cristina were lovely, a joy to meet them.

Consulted TLS as part of the ‘free will’ initiative. What was interesting here is that I was not treated like a ‘third class citizen’ and got the attention and care those delicate and complex tasks deserve. I am highly likely to consult them in the future for further amendments and advice regarding inheritance etc.

The whole will writing process was very slow compounded by a lack of communication - 2 of my case handlers left the company without me being informed and emails were unanswered. It took months for a draft to be drawn up and it did not reflect the requirements I had agreed in my initial telephone conversation. There was also a lack of attention to detail - spelling mistakes, formatting errors, references to nonexistent clauses , photocopying over pages etc. When I attended to sign my will, after 8 months, there were still uncorrected errors which the final person amended but it unfortunately resulted in formatting errors which neither of us spotted before we signed the document. I emailed the company about this but have heard nothing after a month - rather indicative of the service.

Highly recommend tlc solicitors, they got are house purchase through within 5 weeks, very hard working on the ball with all are questions, wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Jahmilla who works for them is friendly understanding and goes over and beyond to make sure your happy. I will definitely use again in the future.

What a fantastic person-centred solicitor's firm. I took advantage of Free Wills Month in October and the process couldn't have been smoother. I had tried to contact a couple of other solicitors who are part of the the Free Will scheme. My first interactions with Amelia were very straightforward and then when I met Doris and Brian in person in London they were so helpful and clear about my will. Brian talked me through the clauses with patience and attention so everything was very clear. His approach was very kind and I would definitely come back to TLS for other legal needs going forward. Went through my will with Amelia Gray which went very smoothly thank you Amelia for making so easy to complete. I spoke to Hannah Smaldon thank you for arranging my appointment for my signing of my will.
