It was easy to order on line. The dresses I order were beautiful. They looked on line like they did when I received them. They are made out of great material. Very comfortable to wear. They were true to size. I am very satisfied with them

I got mine today and I absolutely love it! I'm 5'6 and the length is perfect for me.

This dress is so flattering and comfortable! I wore it to my grandson's college graduation and it was a perfect choice.

I ordered a dress for $41.99 plus almost $15 in shipping. When I got the dress, I didn’t like the fit in the bust and the color and material were not as pictured. It is definitely not the same dress. The quality is substandard! I emailed Tluse within a couple of hours to return and was met with an offer of a refund for $8, then $12, then $18 if I insisted on returning it! Needless to say, many back & forth strongly worded emails from me with the final offer being I pay to ship it to a return warehouse in Dubai. Upon receipt they claim they will refund the cost of the dress. My guess is if I ship it not only will I incur that expense but I will never receive a refund! I’m quite sure they will just turn around and resell the dress to another unsuspecting customer. What a total unethical scam of a “business”! Shame on me for ever ordering from a FB online company I didn’t research first!!!

I ordered/received a cute summer dress ($49) but it was too small. I immediately requested a refund but also ordered same dress in larger size. I was met with this email: ‘would you accept USD $8 or maybe I could give dress to a friend or try to sell online!’ Unacceptable - how about the full refund you describe online!! I’ve tried 3 times to request return authorization and return mailing address. I would suggest this is a very difficult company to deal with.

The time to return is 30 days....They have not sent me the needed "return label. The company claims all its clothing is manufactured in the USA. My order came from CHINA. The QR code on the front of the package says "RETURNS" This is not an active QR code. I have no means of contacting the company or getting a refund on my purchase. I bought a printed dress with a jacket. The jacket looked like it was made with left over material. The jacket clashed with all five colors in the sleeveless dress. I don't wear anything sleeveless. The top of the striped blue dress was not made for women over a bra size "A". They have no means of contacting the company and getting a refund. I have sent 8 emails to the correct address for "RETURNS". All eight have bounced back. The QR code for returns cannot be read by my iPhone.

I am very happy with my dresses. However, I would like to change the halter dress for a larger size. How do I do that?

Easy to order, quality is good

Just received my beautiful dress!! I LOVE it! It’s lightweight… soft fabric and you cannot see thru it! I got it in the blue/white and the color is vibrant and perfect for dinner on a cruise we’re about to take. For comparison… I am an XL and ordered an XXL. It fits absolutely perfect in the shoulders and throughout… and at 5’6” it reaches the floor…. Will need to wear heels or wedged sandals.. which will look great!! Buy this dress!!! Arrived in 2 weeks.

Tluse fashion site is a total scam! They are not located in America, send cheap products and do not return your money unless you ship a return to Dubai.

Lovely dress exactly as advertised

dress is nice with the greenish color really more khaki-
my issue is the return policy which states money back guarantee but they would not allow me to return the dress unless it was damaged- i ordered 2 sizes to see which fit best and only did so after making sure i could return one.
so do t order if you think you may need to return.
(size medium- im 5"6 155 to ankles and fit perfectly

All three of these items fit me beautifully and the comfort level of the fabric in the summer heat was spot on. Love them. Many thanks. 🙏

I ordered THREE dresses - my original confirmation number from Tluse was 74643659428 - then for the Trustpilot survey the order number changed to 10800487

I received only TWO items from my Tluse order, and tried for days to contact Tluse customer service email listed on their website 'contact us' page, about returning one of those items for a refund. I have never received an answer from them and received several notifications that the email was undeliverable.

I am extremely unhappy with this service - it's a complete fraud. Buyers beware, do NOT order from this company, it's a scam. Wish I'd had the sense to read reviews before I ordered from a Facebook ad. I'll be more careful of Facebook advertising in future.

Shipping time was not ideal but love the dresses that I bought!
