Terrible service and lack of response

Terrible service and lack of response! A delivery of a boat from Netherlands to Spain should have been taking 3 days, but ended up taking more than 2 weeks. There was no communication at all, and I had to call and write multiple time to get responses without any useful content. At some point I even thought the company was a scam because they just didn't answer for more days.
After the boat arrived to Spain they driver was even at the wrong address than the one provided.
