Order from October 2020 not delivered
Back in October 2020, I did a pre-order for a model car and payed for it.
In April 2021, I asked for an update and got a response from support at ecdbv.com, that the model should be shipped from Asia around Summer.
In July 2021, September 2021, February 2022 and March 2022, I have tried to get an update, so I have sent mails to info at tmcollectibles.com, support at ecdbv.com, info at ecdbv.com and used the contact form on tmcollectibles.com, but have had no answers at all and I have not received the model yet

Never got my order - almost 2 years now
I placed an order with Top Marques on July 16, 2020 for a Toyota Supra "KING ERM" 1:18 in red. I have tried contacting them every week for months and haven't heard any responses since July of 2021.
Last email I got from them, July 1, 2021:
Dear Sir,
We are really so sorry about the delay with your order. We are still facing consequences caused by virus all production has been postponed and one of our factories has been completely closed.
I have checked and the model TOP86A is still in reproduction. Im waiting for updated schedule but the model should be shipped after summer from Asia.
I sincerely apologise for this situation but we are trying to do the best
Thank you your patience and favor!
We are now in February 2022 and I have not received the model, nor have I heard any updates.
I have asked several times for someone to please respond and have not received anything back. I hope to hear people start receiving their models, I can't believe it's almost been 2 years.

Non-existent Customer Service
I have been waiting over two years for my order. Website offers no answers to repeated inquiries. Fraudulent to say the least, In my opinion. Will never do business with them again.

I have pre ordered two models in June 2020 with estimate delivery of September 2020, as of March 10th 2021 they haven't been delivered and they are ignoring emails, phonecalls and request for refund.
