Always a pleasure on the rare occasion I have contacted TMD regarding a technical issue with one of my sites. They are reliable, my sites are speedy their billing is transparent. I have been with TMD for about 14 months.

In terms of support, their chat service is very responsive and I have been quickly directed to a real human being (not an AI chat bot) on each occasion.

I'm pleased to trust my business with their hosting

Thank you for your update, but after 3 days of ongoing issues, I want to be very clear: this situation has been nothing short of catastrophic for my business.

In the past 72 hours, I’ve experienced:

Major downtime (error 500),

A failed launch due to extended “maintenance,”

A domain still not activated 8+ hours after purchase,

And repeated copy-paste responses from support.

This is not what I expect from a professional service.

As a result, I am now officially requesting a discount or refund on my current hosting/domain service to reflect the significant operational and financial damage caused.

Please escalate this to billing and provide a concrete response — not another generic update.

I’m very disappointed with TMDHosting’s lack of communication and support. My domain was suddenly not resolving, causing my online store to go completely offline — during active marketing campaigns. I never received an email or warning, and I had to chase support to find out what was wrong.

It turns out they don’t allow DNS management unless you purchase a hosting plan, something they didn’t clearly state upfront. If I hadn’t figured this out myself, I could have lost sales and customer trust.

I’ve since pointed my domain to Shopify via nameservers, but the damage was already done.

Be very cautious if you're relying on them for domain-only services — they may not support your business properly without upselling you first.

Immediate response and resolution.

Third class company. Initially they were good for 6-7 years. But now they are not so client friendly and don't value clients.
They have displayed monthly price of $23.90 for enterprise Linux based plans but charging me $ 27.90 per month much over displayed price without any offer. I am not sure how they can renew the plan over advertised normal pricing.

I would like to sincerely thank TMD Hosting for their excellent support and for helping resolve our issue so professionally. Everything is now working perfectly, and I truly appreciate your patience, expertise, and dedication throughout the entire process.

I’m more than happy to leave a 5-star review and will always highlight your outstanding service and the seamless experience we've had working together. Your swift and efficient support has made a significant difference.
