Poor customer service
I purchased some weight plates and thought the price was quite good so called to confirm it was a set I was purchasing rather than a single plate. The person confirmed this then I placed my order. Well only 1 arrived which is obviously no use. I then asked for a refund label to be sorted and this was a week ago and I haven’t heard anything since. Terrible customer service and extortionate prices nearly £40 for a single 5kg plate!?

excellent, product arrived promptly and very well packaged - just no communication around the order status (dispatched, in transit, etc) after the first email saying that payment had been received, it took a few days so I wasn't sure whether my order had been processes, it arrived on the day I was going to call and chase.
