Truly dreadful experience. A constant stream of delivery promises were missed. Day after day I was told my table would arrive, but when it eventually did the delivery-man said it was 'water damaged' and would have to go back!

I made 22 phone calls before I got to speak to James who appeared to think it was my problem. He used foul language on that phone call.

There's something not quite right here. I would give them a wide berth, all their stuff is available elsewhere anyway.

Totally happy, had my Assam bookcase delivered today, really lovely piece of solid wood furniture. Looks gorgeous with my other pieces of sheesham furniture from Raspberry Village. Have been looking for an alternative shop for this type of wood for a while, have definitely found it. Great communication from the store and the delivery driver, who actually phoned when he was meant to and was pleasant to deal with. 10/10 TNS!

I have to say I have been nothing but impressed by the products and service received from TNS from the day I called to get some advice they have been nothing but informative and professional from the point of making the original enquiry to ordering and delivery. Very happy with the Jali furniture I ordered and it acts very well with the existing furniture I had. No doubt now I have found them I will be back to order more items in the near future as we renovate our house. Thank you for both excellent service and products. All the best, Jacob

I dont normally bother leaving reviews but after the experience with TNS thought I would make an exception. We were looking for a specific dining table and sideboard and having shopped around came across TNS whilst searching on google who appeared to be quite competitive. Being a bit concerned about ordering furniture on-line without seeing it first, decided to give them a ring and spoke in length to a very knowledgeable and friendly guy called James. He offered for me to visit and view the furniture first hand but after being put at ease purely through friendly conversation decided to just order it there and then. Delivery took 15 days which I thought was extremely good considering other local stores were only offering 4-6 weeks, and the delivery service they used was second to none. Packaging was very good, ensuring that the furniture wouldn't get damaged in transit - although the bins are somewhat brimming now as a result! The price I paid for the furniture ended up being the best around too - even compared to local stores, and the quality of the furniture is prestige. Dont be put off by any local store suggesting you would end up getting poor quality if ordering on-line - certainly not with this company anyway. Highly recommended!

Purchased several items of Jali furniture from TNS Furniture and very happy with both the service and quality of the items we purchased. Delivered in 4 days from order all the way to Aberdeen. Lovely grain patterns in the furniture and better than the pictures. Thanks you.
