TLC from TNT
I decided to stop the DIY approach to oil changing and recycling but wasn’t always satisfied with the service I got from other places. None of them have my repeat business. However, it’s my fourth time or so going to TNT for oil changing not including the time I used their Smog Station facility which is conveniently located across the street from the CADMV, Tulare branch. I find them to be the most professional and not just employees with better things to do. You know, like just about every other place you shop at or get service. Also, which is a welcome change for this type of car service, I don’t get the “hard sell” on other services. But they will let me know when something is wrong or of an impending problem which of course I will procrastinate on. Like getting the transmission flushed and changed after 220K miles which I did when I recently traveled to FL. I got other service done at the FL shop like an oil change as well. Now that I’m back, I got it changed at TNT and they pointed out the wrong [sized] oil filter was used. From my DIY days, I immediately realized this when they showed it to me. Great save guys. I’ll back, probably after the due date, as usual.
