Being able to listen to the SDR…
Being able to listen to the SDR recordings before the meeting is huge. My sales reps go into the room knowing the prospect's exact objections. The CRM integration is slick no manual data entry. Massive shoutout to Darren for the tech setup.
Decent but expensive
It's not the cheapest option out there. The leads are fine - some convert, some don't. The team is responsive enough. It does the job, but I'm not blown away for the price point.

The way they've integrated the lead flow into our existing CRM was seamless. No friction. The SDRs they use clearly know how to handle high-ticket objections. The tech stack they use for tracking is impressive.

We were way behind on our targets in July. TNW ramped up a campaign in 72 hours and got us 15 meetings before the end of the month. Literally saved our Q3.

To anybody thinking of signing up, DON’T DO IT!
We were sold the dream of “50 guaranteed appointments per month” and a payment after the appointments were sat. We didn’t want to commit to 50 appointments straight away, but were told we could purchase a trail of 20 leads for the first month but had to pay upfront. BIG MISTAKE!
We are £4000 in a hole, with nothing to show for it since we signed up in October 2025. 3 appointments sat from very cold leads and lots of wasted time.
The biggest red flag is the no refunds policy in their contract, something that was assured to us not to worry about.
Then, the audacity when a new sales rep called trying to sell us leads, unbeknown to them that we’re are still under contract and waiting for them to fulfil their side of the deal.
It is now March 2026 and the last contact we had from TNW was December 2025. We are still £4000 out of pocket and our account on their leads platform has been deleted.
Don’t trust the 5 star reviews like we did, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are all fraudulent. As a business, we are always approached by people who sell 5 star reviews and have thousands of accounts all over the world to edits they appear trustworthy and verified. Getting involved with TNW Marketing is the worst decision our small business has made to date. Please, to everybody else out there, do not make the same mistake we did by trusting them.

If you're a small business and can't afford a massive marketing team, TNW is the answer. They handle the hard stuff (cold outreach and qualifying) so you can focus on running the business. Worth every penny.

Do not use. Would like to see if the 5* reviews have actually been verified or if they are bots.
We invested a huge portion of our marketing budget on some leads from them. Their sales team were great to us and we were very impressed with them and how genuine they seemed. Initially they seemed very keen but we did have to chase for a few things and the initial 2 leads we received were not well vetted. One customer also mentioned being hounded by the sales team on the phone.
We put this down to initial teething issues, addressed them with TNW and felt we could try again. Alas, a couple of poor leads followed that were not warm - very much speculative then no more leads followed.
They had no problem getting in touch with us repeatedly when they were waiting for us to pay their invoice but suddenly went silent when we were asking for more leads.
Having not heard anything, I went through to contact them via the website to ask for a refund and then suddenly received another lead that was also no good. Then, again, nothing.
Turns out they have a no refunds line in their terms which I initially thought was weird but carried on regardless - should have listened to my gut! If you provide a good service you would be happy to refund if things aren't as promised.
6 months later we received a sales call from a new member of staff in their office asking if we had heard of them and would be interested in working with them!
