The website does not link stock level to their items, as if I knew they would not be in stock, I would have researched alternatives, also the delivery time needs to be shown on their website as it also affects decision(s) on what to choose. So if you are not in a hurry, it is a very good website. Great staff.

However, in your case, the products you selected on 19/08 were from our Furniture & Electrical store, which is exclusively available for collection at our Rathkeale store as stated in the T&Cs and at displayed when you add the items to your shopping cart. Since you chose a Newcastle West pickup, we needed to transfer the stock to that location, which resulted in a slight delay. We kept you informed throughout this process, and I hope this clarifies the 24-hour delay you experienced.
