I am always able to satisfactorily resolve any issues I have. Just this week Finnian was able to resolve my voucher issue. He was able to extend it because it had expired and I would have lost my remaining refund. Now I feel so happy and relieved! Thank you Today Tix and Finnian!

I t was slow going until I got to Sam. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything in words I could understand.

I ordered west end tickets on behalf of a friend but unfortunately when I downloaded the app months later they were not there.
I spoke to their support line via text messaging and they were very helpful.
As I was still having difficulties, the person at the other end kindly sent me barcode tickets to print.
Very efficient customer service.

Jess was a wonderful help. I wish that the AI responses previous to her didn’t exist, as I went back and forth saying the same thing a couple times. She made such a difference!

If this is something you'd like to explore, please let me know and I'd be happy to look into it further for you.") was not accurate, as the voucher provided to allow for the purchase of the tickets I needed was not honoured due to specific T&Cs (rendering the "solution" not a solution), even though I added £30 on top of the voucher (effectively paying £90). Ended up having to pay more money for the tickets today so I could seat together with my party, and no solution offered by Michael. Have 4 tickets now (venue would not allow buying 3 seats in a row of 4, one of them being "restricted view"), when I only needed 3. Worst thing is, seats were even further discounted today than when I bought them. So clearly not a financial issue, just a lack of flexibility and customer-minded effort. I even asked whether I could use my existing free ticket cancellation (admittedly not used on the original purchase) to resolve this, but was met with more T&Cs. A completely souring of the experience with TT's customer service in less than 24hrs... Shame.

I was able to get a full refund on my tickets but it took almost a week of back and forth to make it happen.

I absolutely love TodayTix and have been using it for years - the customer service is impeccable and they always try their very hardest to fulfil any requests! A friend of mine had a medical issue and I managed to get a refund for their ticket which was so kind. Their drops feature on the app is bloody genius and I get to see so much spontaneous theatre at discounted prices!!

Thanks! TodayTix I went to Shakespeare in the Park. It was easy to participate in the Lottery. I won the lottery and it was easy to pick up the tickets.
On the other hand! Shakespeare in the Park is an inclusive performer. They use two languages and the dialogue is high-level. The actors are professional and show passion for what they are doing. Although it was a cold night I enjoyed Shakespeare in the park I recommend it to all the NYC residents and use TodayTix to buy tickets to buy or participate in the lottery for whatever theater performs

I've used todaytix a few times for rush tickets when already in London and thought the concept was great then but I recently entered a lottery for next week tickets which I've never done and i was worried about seat allocation due to poor eyesight (as these specifically are assigned the day before rather than during purchase)

Finnian the rep i spoke to contacted the box office and was amazing, helpful and professional even when i was having a total panic (amidst securing last minute travel and accommodation) and sent 4 contradictory emails in a row. The seats they secured me are great and knowing exactly what to expect has alleviated my anxiety so much. Perfect customer service experience. Thank you!
