Lots of good bargains in a well organised shop. I purchased several home items which were all cheaper than my local big brand name supermarket. The high rating is mainly due to the lovely staff member Aiesha who helped me find things and then came looking for me in the car park with an item I'd left at the checkout.
The only thing that could be improved is the signposting on the car park which gave the name of the previous shop so I was unsure which was the Toffs parking area.

Fantastic product and excellent service. Got my Dad a St Mirren shirt for Christmas and he's delighted with it; a beautiful top, beautifully made. Received regular, friendly updates about delivery etc. Will definitely use again.

Excellent company purchased many items triple BT phone, wellingtons, cushions, and many other items. no problems at there Church Stretton shop very helpful we bought curtains and tiebacks off their website everything was fine but tie backs were shorter than we required the manufacturer would not take them back however Toffs refunded the money staff at head office very helpful can not fault them. would definatley use them again

Absolute Disgrace. Took a week to respond to emails, then when they finally did, they told me I'd have to wait 28 days for my shirt, which was for my brothers birthday so this was totally unacceptable. DO NOT USE

Ordered a retro shirt for my husband, payment was taken, order was accepted, stated 1-2 days delivery. Didn’t arrive, called to enquire and was told that although I’d received an email confirming the order with no problems, a follow up email said there would be a delay of up to 28 days, an email I didn’t see for several days meaning (at 8 months pregnant) I had to run around last minute trying to find a different Christmas present for my husband. I pleaded them to turn it around in time but that apparently wasn’t an option. Enjoy the interest you make on mine & everyone else’s money you keep for a whole month before you do anything!

Visited Toffs store in Bridport today. I was served by Stewart who was really friendly, smiley and helpful.

Staff always helpful and polite. But shop too crowded and some clothes styles dated. Jeans all bad fit on ankles.

Shop stocks soooooo much stuff. Hard to find what your looking for at times. I often just leave without anything and get it somewhere easier to navigate.
Rare I buy what I went in for. Leave plenty of time as you won't be in and out.
Staff are very friendly though and the things I have bought from there have been decent.

It's was excellent they check in the box to make it was all there .
