Not been for a long time several years in fact. Was nervous but was put at ease immediately. Everything was explained to me and I was emailed with a list of things to be done. Everything went smoothly and all staff were very helpful and polite

I had a very disappointing hygiene appointment with Sameena Mahmood at the dental practice located at 1 Lanham Place, Felmores.

The appointment lasted only around 25 minutes, whereas hygiene appointments I have had elsewhere normally lasted approximately 45–50 minutes and felt much more thorough.

My teeth did not feel properly cleaned, and I left with bleeding gums. I was also advised not to use string floss and to use only interdental brushes. Because my teeth are very close together, string floss works better for some of the gaps, so I did not feel that this advice was appropriate or properly explained.

I initially paid £76 for the appointment. I was then told that removing the stains would require AirFlow treatment at an additional cost of £25. I paid £101 in total but still left the practice disappointed with the service and the result.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend booking a hygiene appointment with Sameena Mahmood at this practice.

Yes very please with the service I receive and well organise.

A nice clean, and friendly surgery. It doesn't feel like an uncomfortable experience usually associated with the dreaded Dental visit.

As ever the experience I get with this dental practice is calm and very professional.

Absolutely fabulous dental practice and I cannot praise enough our wonderful dentist Mr B Deu.

Fantastic was referred by my dentist for an extraction. Did wonderfully worse part was the injection but you expect to feel a little pain with that, and then nothing was brilliant. So far very little niggling after, nothing a paracetamol won’t ease, and to be fair don’t really need that either.

The staff were friendly and professional. The premises were clean and modern. Thank you for allowing me to have a checkup under the NHS. As an NHS patient however, I felt as if the appointment was quite quick, and perhaps just an opportunity to upsell cleaning services. I was not pressurised in any way however, so perhaps that was just me... :)
