Never one to rush to a dentist appointment, but this practice feels so welcoming and friendly. I had a very informative consultation regarding an implant, I didn't feel rushed or pushed towards anything. I would certainly recommend everyone who works here.

As always, a great visit. The lady at reception was lovely, really helpful, even though I had the time wrong and arrived 15 minutes late. Harj was friendly and informative, as he always is. Explaining what was what and advised as well as giving me a thorough check up. Many thanks.

Booked in for a scale and polish. The (De)Scale was very thorough, although not a very pleasant experience. I expected the polish to be just as thorough but disappointingly, although polishing paste was applied to the teeth, no actual polishing took place, leaving the back of the teeth feeling rough. Whether this was down to time restraints or other reason/s I don't know.

Excellent service. No problems with the extraction.

The Hygienist was excellent- could not fault her - she gave me great advice as I had a few concerns.
I had paid twice by accident and was only told this when I asked. This should have been flagged up with me before the appointment. I now have to use it as credit for my next appointment.

Receptionist Kamilla was very welcoming and very helpful, my dentist K. Modi is excellent and gave me the confidence that I was in good hands, I thought that to rebuild my front tooth would be impossible but she did it and made a fabulous job no discomfort,I have since returned for a check up which was very thorough , as a nervous patient I have no hesitation in returning and recommending others to do so

Instead of requesting an existing patient to fill a a new medical form every time, why not send out your existing data and ask them to confirm and or update changes.
Whilst I appreciate that appointment times may be subject to delay, a 20 minutes delay for a 9.20 appointment is poor.

First visit exceptional, dentist explained in detail what needed doing, very caring dentist

I had a filling done on one of my teeth last week, and I was advised by Dr Freya Mortimer to get in touch if I experienced any sensitivity or discomfort. After a few days, I contacted the practice and was very pleased to get an appointment for the following day.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and dealt with my concern quickly and efficiently. Dr Freya Mortimer was wonderful , calm, caring, friendly, and highly professional. She is a brilliant dentist who made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Her assistant was also very kind, supportive, and clearly experienced in her role.

I am very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend the Whitechapel branch to my friends and family. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When attending my appointment recently I was a little shocked to see I had a new Dentist. With being a very nervous patient I was a little unsure but glad to say my new dentist was very patient and understanding , glad to say I came out of there feeling confident to go again when my next appointment is due .

Zilan ls my new dentist. She's very good .Just had a new crown fitted very pleased.

The whole team is lovely and whilst I am lucky to be a NHS patient, I really appreciate the clean and bright interior, smiling and welcoming receptionists and a great dentist in Rikesh - he takes the time to explain everything and is very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Very well run practice staff on front reception always friendly my treatment with Dr bonjo has been 1st class and explains the treatment so it's easy to understand a great credit to the practice thank you.

Good experience with hygienist today who looked after me very well. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me relax into my treatment. Fortunately I didn't need injections so that was good too just a numbing paste.
