The booking system defaults to the ‘Market Place’ address. I turn up, just to get told (with very little empathy) i’m at the wrong address. Go to High Street.

Appreciate it’s only a short walk. It was the receptionist’s attitude that made the situation worse!

As always greeted by the receptionist in a professional helpful way, dentist is always informative and considerate which take the stress out of every visit.

I have been to this practice twice for check-ups, and on both occasions the dentists and dental nurses were very nice, professional and attentive.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the reception staff. On both visits, I found them to be unwelcoming, dismissive, unhelpful and, at times, rather arrogant. The attitude made the overall experience unnecessarily unpleasant, particularly when reception is the first point of contact for patients.

It is disappointing that such friendly and professional clinical staff are let down by the reception experience. I have genuinely found the reception staff so unpleasant that I am now considering changing dental practices, despite being very happy with the dentists and dental nurses.

I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously, as the way patients are treated at reception can make a significant difference to the overall experience.

My children feel very comfortable with this dentist and she is very thorough with their teeth.

All staff are friendly and professional. First visit to hygienist. Excellent. Have booked again. Hate having a scrape and polish would rather have a tattoo lol. But they made me feel at ease and said they would stop whenever I asked (raise my hand). Results are amazing. Not had this done for at least 2 years as I would not let my dentist do it as part of my check up.

Attended for my routine check up today. Nina and Sharon was very kind and I had a good experience.

The staff at the practise , reception and dentists are excellent. Very friendly and I even got seen before my appointment slot yesterday!!

Had a hygienist appointment with Katie. She made the time in the chair very pleasant and highly recommend her. I will be back, in 6 months.

Dentist takes good care of me and my teeth - friendly and kind. We are pleasantly surprised by this excellent dental practice and feel fortunate to have been taken on as NHS patients.

Irina arranged for a painful tooth to.be removed. She listened to.ehat I said and was.mire than willing to help. The following week the tooth was removed. A very quick and prompt service.

I had an initial check up with Leisi my dental nurse she such a lovely lady she talks you through everything she is doing while examining my teeth. First of all she checked my jaw then feeling for lymph nodes in the neck please to say no lumps. She also checked all my teeth and gums and to my surprise I don't need any further treatment for another 12 months 'perfect' she encouraged me to keep up with the hygiene.
Both ladies in the treatment room are lovely and always make you feel calm and relaxed.
All staff whoever I come into connect when at the practise always make you feel welcome.

I went into Daventry branch as I was experiencing issues with a tooth, the receptionist managed to secure me an appointment quickly, I know what is now wrong and the next course of action to take

I had not been the dentist since moving to Norfolk. Before that i had the same dentist for over 43 years.
I was very nervous about seeing a new dentist. The experience was positive. Very friendly professional staff. I had a chat, a check up, clean and xray. Walked out happy and had great knowledge of future options. Brilliant and thank you everyone.

Yarmouth surgery. Usual efficient professional service. Reception very busy but handled well by able reception team. Useful self booking system which was easy to use although had to see notice for waiting area. Seen on tie with pleasant dentist and DSA. Great to see same dentist again- provided options for next step and listened to feedback. Spotless surgery. Rebooked for review in 2027 with option of extra one if issues arise. Positiev experience again.

First assessment appointment experience at Together Dental, due to having a walking disability, my first appointment, I was a little nervous not knowing the building layout, I was greeted by two smiling front desk staff (never had that before). Meet my register dentist and nurse, both where very kind and helpful due to my disability.I had to go and have X-ray in another room where both dentists and nurse kindly open doors for me to get though to the X-ray room( all on the ground floor result) had my check up which was completed very professionally, I’m now on their books for next appointment in 6 Months time. All the staff I met were very perlite and friendly.

All the staff was very kind and supportive. Its not my regular dentist as I was referred here. They took there time and explained what they were going to do in detail.
