Together Dental Reviews 

Invariably my past experiences with "Together Dental" are good. But who likes going to any dentist. Together Dental always try their best. The receptionist who's name i dont remember, is always, friendly, polite, professional and welcoming.
The dentist and his assistant were professional.
However, my appointment was at 9.45 and wasn't called in until 10.00.
But the receptionist was a step ahead of me and noticed and i was soon called in to my appointment.
The only other issue was the waiting room.
Its only a small waiting area and once people arrive for their appointments, the temperature soon rises and it was very hot in the waiting area.
There is a wall mounted aircon unit which wasn't on and has not been on my last few visits so assumed doesnt work.
If the temperature of this countries cilmate are going to continue to rise then the aircon in the waiting room needs sorting especially when temperatures this week are going to rise again and going into heatwave scenario again for the 4th time this summer.
All in all Together Dental is good.

I’ve been a patient forever. The staff have changed but the quality hasn’t. Tammy is the best receptionist and Guilia the best dentist ever. Kind, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. And thank god God’s own hygienist herself, Lauren is still there. And they have had a price drop! Remarkable!!

Friendly staff. Was seen on time

I have full faith in my dentist Bupinder and in his wish to look after and preserve my teeth, to keep them in the best possible condition. He is open, honest and always has a smile on his face. The dental nurses are also very nice and caring.
I had reason to see Michaela recently also; she was very nice and took a lot of time to listen and to suggest a possible solution.
Generally, it is very hard to get through to the practice on the telephone and sometimes you have to wait a long time either to register your arrival or to pay. This can be frustrating at times, as I usually have to arrive early, in order to be checked in on time. However, it is the dentist that makes the difference, and these issues are a small inconvenience.
I would definitely recommend the practice but the unanswered telephone and prolonged queueing in a small, often-times busy reception area can be frustrating at times.

This is my regular dentist and I have regular checkups, Between my 2 appointments I had an issue with a broken tooth, on telephoning to explain my issue the receptionist gave me a very quick date to have treatment. Excellent service, good patient support and care.

Seen by helpful and pleasant receptionists I was in pain and was seen by dentist in under 2 hrs

I was lucky to catch Dr Imran after he had a cancellation… Chipped tooth filled & mended fast, care & attention re pain relief. Really impressive… And v nice welcome from Sabina (think I remembered that correctly!) on reception. Thank you

I was referred by my usual dentist at Downham Market for a damaged molar tooth extraction by an NHS Dental Surgeon. At first I thought I may have to travel a long way to receive the treatment, but as it turned out, the Surgeon / staff came to my usual surgery. I was a little apprehensive beforehand, but it all went well and the staff were excellent. Highly professional treatment, and I couldn't wish for a better service.

I was very nervous and I was made to feel at ease as soon as I went in. Fez is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The procedures were all laid out easily to me and easy to understand to make my informed choices. I highly recommend this practice!

Looked after very well

Rang at 8am Thursday to request an Emergency Appointment, told none available to call again on Monday at *AM, Did so and was offered an appointment for 9.30am but told would be assessment only and would likely need further appointment to treat. Dentist identified large part of filling had come away and repaired then and there. She did have problem with one of her instruments not working and having to send her Nurse to find another.
All the staff I saw were polite, friendly and proffesional.

wonderful service for an emergency appointment. My usual dentist was on annual leave, the team placed me with another dentist. To say I am extremely nervous is quite worrying when faced with a new dentist. Harry was exceptional and very patient, the treatment was carried out at a slow pace and he was very gentle and understanding. I would recommend this practice every time. Hillary

I would like thank Fezaan Gatrad and lovely lady who took my details for a very detailed check up , after much thought I have decided not to have any dental work done, at my age I don't think it would be worth the procedure of putting myself through it all.

I am always put at ease,when I am sat in the dentist chair. The dentist,always tells me what she is going to do, All the staff are friendly , its a lovely dentist surgery ,

Miss Patel was very pleasant and informative.
Arranged X Rays and explained my situation as regards cleaning my teeth otherwise no further issues until my next check up in six month's time.
Her assistant was also helpful
