Having been dissatisfied with the new owners of my former nhs dental practice who now include private patients and seemed intent on getting me into a mix of nhs and private when all of what I was needing at the time was covered by nhs I visited Together Dental for a 2nd opinion regarding if I really needed to have a tooth extraction or not, as it happened I did need the extraction which had previously been described as probably a surgical extraction, costing more! However I did not need the root canal on another tooth that their sister practice said I needed! And that at a cost of £1800! Private of course.
So as it appeared I would be regularly directed toward private practice I thought I’ll make my own choice.
Since the simple routine extraction performed by the very competent and experienced Matthew I will continue attending there as I feel I can trust that only essential work will be done.
I like the way he explains in detail the issues and how to fix them.
A few days ago I had to have a gold crown re-affixed that had come loose but not fell out. I had to wait only a couple of days for the appt
I felt it was done in a very professional friendly manner by Matthew, and on a Saturday afternoon at that!
I think the reviews speak well for this practice on Blenheim road and I will continue to attend there for as long as I can.

Irena is a wonderful dentist. I was always nervous of visiting the dentist. Irena is calm, kind and patient. She always welcomes me and takes time to complete any work needing doing. Great dental experience. Staff are friendly and attentive. Dentist, Peter, was kind, pleasant and very thorough. I would recommend them.

My dentist, Mahpara, and her nurse Laura were great. I had to have three fillings and they put me at my ease, explained clearly what they were going to do and were very professional throughout. The reception team have always been helpful and friendly.

The staff were really efficient but also considerate of my nervous state. The hygienist appointment went very quickly and the new technique of cleaning the teeth with water and some sort of powder was less frightening than the usual tools.

First appointment with B Munir, he and his assistant put me at ease while completing 3 fillings.
Great result, probably the most effective fillings I’ve received ever.
Tempted to ask about the possibility of using Mr Munir for next appointment.

I was contacted by phone to arrange an appointment at a time that suited me.

On the day, I waited in reception for only two minutes before being introduced to my surgeon. The procedure was explained clearly, including why it was necessary for a surgeon to carry out the extraction, what to expect, the best- and worst-case scenarios, and the possibility of needing stitches.

After the area was numbed, the procedure began. My tooth was extracted quickly and efficiently, and within 10 minutes of my arrival, I was on my way home.

I would like to add that I had a tooth removed at the same surgery around 18 months ago, and that procedure took an hour. As a result, I was understandably quite anxious beforehand, but I really didn’t need to be. Thank you all so very much for your excellent care.

I found this surgery after the NHS surgery I had been at for 30+ years went private, and am pleased that I did! This is a lovely dental surgery. Everything is always explained to you, and all staff are polite, helpful and professional. They offer NHS and private services, but unlike my previous surgery, you don't feel pushed into using the services you don't want. I would highly recommend them.

As per usual my treatment was first class from the girls at reception to the dreaded chair! Treatment was first class by Nasos and the team.
They are professional compassionate and caring, and above all excellent dentists.
I cannot praise them enough and feel so lucky to have them looking after me.

Receptionist is so good. She called me to book app as it was over due and then called to remind me of it.

They are prompt in responding to the emails as well.

Spent 0.1 seconds in the chair, had no proper examination of my mouth. Reluctantly given a prescription for what I now believe to be a nasty wisdom tooth infection and hurried out. No questions asked, no care given, dentist didn’t stamp prescription so I couldn’t even get any antibiotics. Would never use again.

Many years of good, reliable and non-coercive support and treatment from dentists and hygienists. Gold star to Sharen and Kay. Receptionists too, but not sure of names
