What Happens if there is an Issue? This company WILL Surprise You
I’m one of those “older gentleman” who does not have a lot of spare cash. And there’s not much that I enjoy on tv anymore. I do like music videos and watching older concerts from “my generation”. Unfortunately, at the worst time my DVD player quit working. I went on Amazon and purchased a very basic player from a company named TOJOCK. Never heard of them, but I thought I’d give them a shot.
I excitedly set up the player – it must have been built on a Monday or something because it worked only half the time on my DVDs. Thought it was the DVDs fault, so I “went without” somethings for a couple of weeks to buy a DVD cleaner. Still 50% at best.
Figured I’d contact TOJOCK to see what I could do. This company is DIFFERENT; while they stand BEHIND their products, they stand ALONGSIDE their customers too.
I got connected with someone named “Choreo” at the company; he didn’t seem worried about getting their player back and just issuing a refund. Choreo wanted to help make it right so that I could watch my DVDs again.
Apparently, CHOREO shared my story with his boss – I know have an even better player from them at no extra cost. AND IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY – Cher & Tina Turner never sounded so good!
So, I HIGHLY recommend giving TOJOCK a chance. They will help if something goes awry instead of rushing to get you out of their hair. And Choreo, he sure represents their brand well!
