Have 3 pair of jeans. One of few brands who make 36lenght and have loose and straight styles(Need even more of it please!), not pathetic skinny ones. Don't have any other clothes from them, but jeans quality is good.

I am very disapointed from my new jacket. It is destroied after 2 months of use.

I bought a blouse for 50 € and i wore it for two times. After that the material has become so thin and got torn. I was washing with hands but still the quality is so bad and expensive compared with the other brands

Bought a pair of shorts. Looked OK, but really poor quality. Didn’t even last a summer

Bought 2 pairs of blue! jeans. Now all my light colored furniture and car seats are blue, not to mention having blue legs after every time I wore the jeans.

bought tom tailor jeans on amazon.de and they look and feel great! the fit is better than Levi's which cost more than half

I ordered a coat and a bag online mainly to get the coat, and they sent me an email that they shipped the bag only, without asking me first, because they hadn't updated their inventory. I contacted them and they said there is no other option, so now I have to pay shipping 7 euros for a 40 euro bag.

Had two pairs of boots now that have fallen apart. The sole layers separate. Very frustrating as they are really comfy boots.

Love your clothes for all the family. Wash and wear well.

I bought a pair of shoes for my son and the first time he used them the front layer got broken.This brand really disappoints!!!I had to buy another pair of shoes because the front layer got damaged even more the second time.

Bought jacket noticed hole in pocket. Came back two minutes later to complain and either get a refund or exchange it. He said since I has taken the tag off I could not do this. This was in the European union so law states that it can be returned if there are any defects you can return it. Bad customer service

I was out for a jacket. A bit in doubt about the "right" size, as the specs in the e-shop were few, but took the plunge and went ahead anyway. The purchase procedure was completely smooth - no payment problems, and the product delivered quickly and without issues. Fortunately my size-guesstimate was spot-on. Otherwise, IF it had not been, I might have been a bit annoyed with the lack of product information (and blamed the company) and/or the fact that I'd have to pay for the return myself (and blamed some more).

Insufficient product details can be a fairly serious fault. They ought to think about that - it's pretty easy to fix. 4 stars.

It goes with the story that I (at some point) wrote to the company's customer support asking about those missing specs. I did get a reply, except pretty late... so late, in fact, that I had already gone ahead and bought the jacket. However, the reply I received was polite, well-written and contained all the information I had asked for (and more). So again: Slow = Not good... but nevertheless a better response than I had expected. 3 stars on this - which I again round up to 4, in my happy mood.

...Because the jacket itself is everything I hoped for. Great looks, super quality and WARM. There might be a slight fraying developing around one of the cuffs, or maybe not, but definitely nothing I'm worrying about... even worst-case it will take 5 minutes of amateur-sewing to fix. I don't expect immortality in products used for wear.

The store sends bad.
Items do not come all that is ordered. In shop 1-2 pieces, you place order, want this items , but this items no in the shop. Money is all right, but 7 EUR delivery very expensive for this 1 items.
You want 1 item 100 EUR and 1 item 10 EUR and 6,95 delivery. When 1 item price 100 EUR it is already no. TOM-TAILOR send for you
1 item 10 EUR and delivery 6.95.

I just received 5 t-shirts that I ordered three days ago, in the evening. The delivery time and quality of the garment are next to perfect.

I have nothing I can complain about. Probably not the last time I order something from this website.
