The customer service was second to none, mrs sawyer phoned to check the sizes and the date required for, she then told me when the would be produced and despatched
Excellent will definatly be using again for waistcoat requirements in my opinion you will not find a better supplier

Fantastic product and service second to none!
I ordered a sky-blue shawl collar doeskin waistcoat at short notice and Mr. Sawyer ensured a rapid delivery.
The waistcoat itself was fantastic. A beautiful colour and extremely well crafted. I am delighted and highly recommend this wonderful company.

First class service and garment
I was on a tight timescale and even with the Easter Break they very kindly turned it around - superb customer service.
The American waistcoat was of the highest quality and a first class fit - virtually bespoke.

pre-tied cravats from TSW, including special orders. Each of these was delivered only a few days after placing the order. The quality is superb and customer service unsurpassed.

A great company, I have had a number of waistcoat's made over a number of years and all have been of the highest quality.
I still wear the first one I ordered many years ago.

I love my wast coat
The reason why I chose this company, they offered me a great service. Even when I forgot to put the size of my waste coat that I ordered, they kindly texted me asking for my size and height. The waste coat was perfect fit, and also the shirt I ordered fitted well to I was very pleased with it all that I ordered thanks again.

Straightforward purchase
Ordering was straightforward although I was a little disappointed that items previously purchased were no longer offered. Despatch was very quick, as was delivery by Royal Mail, I was amazed!

Excellent Service and products
I made a last minute call asking if they could make me three new waistcoats for delivery before Dec 21st. They already had my measurements and pulled out all the stops and delivered all of them before my first Christmas event. Great people (especially Pete) and really excellent products. Will definitely use them again due to their excellent service.
